We are able to keep our inventory up-to-date and organized across both locations in our company. It was easy to implent with our listing software. They have good customer support. We use them everyday.
Hard to navigate at first until you learn the system well.
Getting barcodes set up to our specifiactions and they did it quickly.
PROS: This is one of the more user-friendly warehouse management software that I've used. What I really love about it is the ease with which I can add marketplaces to it. Whether it's lesser-known e-commerce sites or more prominent names like Amazon and eBay, this software will be able to do what you need from it. It definitely works better than a lot of other software I've used and I've used a lot.
CONS: One thing that they can improve on is the support materials that they provide. I know that they have many support articles in their library, but I would really appreciate it if they beefed up their video support even more. I think that some people would understand that more. I also wish that they would price their training a little more on the lower side because it can be a bit out of reach for smaller businesses. I say this because their training is a big help, but not everyone can avail of it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has really been a great help with us when it comes to inventory. Not only have we been able to update from our own warehouse, but we've also been able to do it with the warehouses that we use for other marketplaces. Getting to integrate it with our CRM has also been great for us since now we've been able to really control our inventory and customers.
Are you a current user of this product?
Yes
We really enjoy the real-time inventory statistics, reorder reporting, and incoming POs features. SkuVault is able to sync to a bunch of different applications that we use, including Shopify to make sure our website inventory is always up to date. Especially during the busy holiday seasons!
The UI is kind of robust which can be intimidating at first, but after a couple of calls to the incredibly knowledgable staff, we were able to integrate some new settings and make us even more efficient!
We never worry about running out of items now. SKUVault tells us when items are running low and forecast when items are projected to sell out enabling us to stay on top of all of our ordering needs.
I searched around for warehouse management software but many did not fit my needs. I know if you have multiple stores like ebay and amazon, but also have e-commerce sites. This is the software to get. I love the fact that many of the marketplaces can be added without a problem.
I have to be honest, there is not a lot of support in terms of video tutorials, however they do have a library of how to get started articles and such. It would be nice if they did have videos to give everyone a better feel of the platform. Another thing that I dislike is that the company more or less encourages customers to get the training they offer but can be very costly for small businesses. The training is helpful but like mentioned it can be price for certain individuals.
Please do some research before hand, like I mentioned SkuVault does not offer too much help, except if you pay for the training. It is not recommended for beginners and this software might be a little overwhelming. If you have experience using other warehouse management systems then skuvault should be familiar to you.
We are setting up a system that will update our inventory on our warehouse and also the external ones we have on the other marketplaces. We will also use the software to integrate with a crm system that will give us full control of not only inventory but also all customers.
Connecting Sku Vault to your ecommerce channels via the API is incredibly simple to do. I could say the same about every feature that I take advantage of including kits and inventory buffers. Less worry about overselling.
One feature I dislike about SkuVault is that adding a product, and then adding that product's inventory are separate processes. Looking at this specifically from an ecommerce manager's standpoint, I'd like to be able to add my new products and inventory at the same time, but from a warehouse perspective the way it's currently set up likely makes more sense.
I was first implemented SkuVault at my last job when we were searching for warehouse management software with barcode to help organize our warehouse, which was a massive mess to say the least. Then multichannel ecommerce channels became huge, and wow, I'm really happy to have already had SkuVault in place because it honestly makes my job incredibly easy, and eases my mind because overselling just doesn't happen with SkuVault.
I'm currently using SkuVault to tie all of my ecommerce inventories together - that being Shopify, Amazon, and Ebay. I sell a product on Ebay it pulls from SkuVault's inventory, and SkuVault communicates the new inventory to all three of my selling channel. SkuVault makes bulk discounts on products easy because I can just create a kit. Inventory buffers as well - I have products that I literally never sell out of, and Sku Vault helps me push constant low quantities to my selling channels so that, on Ebay for example, I'm not pushing my selling limits over the edge.
Brilliant and Simple UI. The fastest scaling Warehouse and Inventory Management Application. The DBSync Integration with SkuVault for Accounting makes the whole Warehouse to Shipping and Accounting cycle seamless. TAT is drastically reduced. You never go out of stock. Overall brilliant Application
Would love if they add more Accounting related modules, like Invoicing and others. But overall no complains as it does what it is meant to do brilliantly and that is Warehouse and Inventory Management.
Best Product, brilliant team!
Warehouse and Inventory Management. Sales driven from Amazon, eBay, BigCommerce and ChannelAdvisor are automatically brought into SkuVault via their Integration and the DBSync integration for Accounting completes the Sales to Accounting Cycle.

I love the integrations with Amazon, eBay, Walmart and all the popular POS/e-commerce platforms (we use LightSpeed). SkuVault is the source of truth that enables multichannels
I wish SkuVault had a feature to batch print lot stickers or accept an import list of of lot numbers that I want printed as stickers
The single source of truth to drive multichannel ecommerce
