SkuSavvy is an incredibly accessible platform & inventory control.
What do you like best about SKUSavvy?
Learning SkuSavvy was easy to figure out once you know what and where to look! Everything is set up similarly so once you learn one thing you can apply it over and over in the program. The team is endlessly helpful and proactive in providing answers and help. They even develop new features based on suggestions to help curate a streamlined experience. Having a browser based program means I can access it anywhere from any device. I knew we made the right choice for inventory control when choosing SkuSavvy! The intuitive learning tools it provides saves us countless hours and easy to see both big picture down to tiny details. Now I feel organized physically, digitally and mentally.
What do you dislike about SKUSavvy?
big learning curve but super easy to figure out. If you are not familiar, its daunting to take on for our newer users.

SKUSavvy super user friendly
What do you like best about SKUSavvy?
SKUSavvy is extremely user friendly. We ended up replacing our old software and transitioned to using SKUSavvy. Some of our team members have never used this type of inventory management software before and it was extremely easy for them to pick up on the processes. The SKUSavvy team has also been extremely helpful with modifications needed specifically for our business needs.
What do you dislike about SKUSavvy?
This is a work in progress, but the individual KPI analytics can be improved upon. To really take this software to the next level, a true KPI dashboard to track employee performances will be extremely helpful.
What problems is SKUSavvy solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory management and kit assembly.

What do you like best about SKUSavvy?

This software was just what I was looking for!
What do you like best about SKUSavvy?
It has made my shipping a breeze! It's so easy to navigate that my 7 year old likes to help sometimes. It saves us so much time and energy. It is also easy to bring new employees in and getting them going. I love that in a couple minutes they are ready to go! I can't say enough good about this product!
What do you dislike about SKUSavvy?
The only thing I wish was different was a way to divide my retail from my wholesale inventory. They both have the same SKUs, but just different packaging. Other than that. Everything else has been amazing!!
What problems is SKUSavvy solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cuts my shipping time in half and makes it so simple to complete. It also keeps my inventory numbers organized and communicates with Shopify so I don't have to manually add them in or out in both systems.

Easy and efficient
What do you like best about SKUSavvy?
Skusavvy has helped us keep track of stock as it comes and goes. It has allowed us to fullfill orders way quicker improving our efficiency within te business. The team respondes very quickly making it easy to learn things as you go.
What do you dislike about SKUSavvy?
placing stock in bin is fairly manual and takes time

skusavvy is helping our inventory management at our warehouse. It is also helping with our shipping from the warehouse and locating stock at the warehouse.

WMS for the Small Company
What do you like best about SKUSavvy?
SkuSavvy has been a rockstar program at helping us get on top of our inventory management system. We are now more accurate than ever at knowing what we have on hand. This information has allowed to better forecast potential stockouts and ensure we always have inventory to sell. Additionally, their scaled pricing model make it so small companies aren't priced out of taking advantage of this software to scale their business.
What do you dislike about SKUSavvy?
It would be helpful if we could still fulfill through Shopify while using the scanning feature in SkuSavvy to pick and pack for orders.
What problems is SKUSavvy solving and how is that benefiting you?
SkuSavvy has allowed us to have a more in depth view of where specific variants of products are located in our warehouse. This has saved us hours in picking time and has kept a more accurate reflection of our inventory than any other system.

Meets all my needs
What do you like best about SKUSavvy?
SKUSavvys 3D layout is very refreshing and easy to visual where my items are. Not only does it give you the best path of picking your items, it makes it so simple for my fulfillment team without having me to do anythig. Customer Support is amazing and they participate in a bunch of online communities for Shopify Merchants.

Integration is simple and there are many youtube guides.
What problems is SKUSavvy solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many different ways of fulfilling your order/packing and this may seem confusing at first, but as I've used it more, it's become easier.

Excellent WMS for Retail Stores
What do you like best about SKUSavvy?
We have been using SKUSavvy for 4 months now and are pleased. We have 12 retail locations and a warehouse, and we were in search of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) that could handle inventory management across all of our retail locations and our main warehouse while being able to integrate seamlessly with Shopify and our forecasting demand software, Inventory Planner. Our WMS requirements were specific, and we needed a system that could scan transfer orders for picking, packing, and shipping, as well as scan items weekly for receipt at our retail stores. We also needed the system to keep our inventory organized via bin locations at the warehouse. We evaluated and tested various WMS systems, but they all fell short in these areas, requiring workarounds. Additionally, they were costly to implement and maintain monthly.
What do you dislike about SKUSavvy?
Recommendations to others considering SKUSavvy?
Our second requirement was order routing and splitting. Our retail locations are setup to handle online orders. Initially, we were using Ship Station, which required a manual review of each order, and splitting or assigning them to stores. However, what we really liked about Skusavvy was that it automatically brought over how the order was assigned or split from Shopify. This was a game changer for us and saved us a lot of time since Ship Station was not capable of doing this. We were able to stop using Ship Station and set up individual permissions for each store to ship out their assigned orders that were routed from Shopify. Moreover, we have found the scan-to-pick and pack feature to be very helpful in reducing the number of incorrect shipments from both our stores and warehouse. Shipping order directly from the platform is faster and simpler compared to using ShipStation.

Easy implementation and continued support
What do you like best about SKUSavvy?
We have been using SKUSavvy for about a year now and it has grown and improved constantly along the way. The team at SKUSavvy is very responsive to any issues that arise and happy to offer suggestions to increase efficiency while also listening to their customers needs. SKUSavvy is always adding new features based on user requests. Implementation was very easy. The warehouse layout can be a little daunting but the tutorial videos on youtube are great and as mentioned before, if you run into any issues, the support team is very helpful.
What do you dislike about SKUSavvy?
Throughout our time using SKUSavvy, we have run into certain struggles however, the support and constant improvement of the WMS quickly resolves these issues. At times, new feature requests can take a bit longer than expected but this is usually to avoid releasing a feature that does not meet expectations.
What problems is SKUSavvy solving and how is that benefiting you?
SKUSavvy offers a very affordable option for a WMS that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional for our operation.

We needed something to track our inventory but we got so much more!
What do you like best about SKUSavvy?
I really enjoy the simplified inbound/outbound procedures. The software is well tailored to modern technologies giving the user a straightforward, user friendly approach to processing warehouse transactions. The setup was easy and fast to integrate with our Shopify stores. Alex and Kyle were available to us at anytime to answer our questions or provide dev. support. We have been onboard for about a year and new features and updates are regularly rolling out. I really like what they have done with pick routing for batched orders. It creates effiencies we didn't expect to get out of the software. The 3D warehouse map stock replishment features have been extremely helpful features for our pick and packers.
What do you dislike about SKUSavvy?
My biggest concern in the beginning was the lack of reporting out of SKUsavvy, but I am happy to say that this is a new feature they rolled out this fall. This is part of what is so great about Alex and Kyle's support, they do everything they can to fulfill the needs of your business.
What problems is SKUSavvy solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a barcode system when we signed up for SKUsavvy. We did everything by paper. Anyone who has ever made the change from a paper system to barcode scanners knows what kind of a difference this can make. Mostly elimininates the possibility of human error. The stock replenishment feature is great. I had to track these types of thinngs through Excel in the past. Now I get reorder trigger notifications on my SKUSavvy dashboard when a product falls below my preset thresholds. 3D warehouse mapping gives pick and packers a visual aid to find pick bins. Our business has hundreds of small pick bins for numourous clients This feature enables a pick and packer on their first day on the job to easily find the correct bins. More simplified inventory adjustment process is great. Lot codes for perishable products. There are many benefits that we have taken advantage of.
