The only downside is that employee salary is always a fixed monthly amount - they only have the hourly rate option for contractors, and not for employees.

Thanks to Skuad, we are able to hire people in countries where we do not have a legal entity. Without this service we would either lose these employees or have to spend quite a lot of time an money to get set up in a country where we would only employ a few people. Using Skuad also gives us the peace of mind that all local employment laws are restected, taxes are paid correctly, etc.

Arun was very prompt and corteous to walk thru whole process and did it promptly in time.

1. The invoice submission cut-off dates - If Skuad aligns the dates as per client requirement then it will become little easy for the customers to process the payment on time.

There was a bump in the technology for integrating the payroll, but they quickly got that resolved.
