Skillnet is a great product for measuring and assessing the skill development needs of an employee population. It is user-friendly and customizable and allows users to take charge of their own learning plan.

Measuring the success of our performance management system in terms of measurable outcomes. This was previously an area of opportunity for our company. Skillnet has been able to make our outcomes more quantifyable.

The folks at Skillnet are real people - personable and attentive. They always reach out when they see something new we might need and helped us conduct an employee 360 review process.

"SIM Emerging Leader Development Program"
What do you like best about Skillnet?

Ease of use. The application is very intuitive and easy to use. We use the application in a training environment. The ability to do assessments and provide students access to required training content is seamless. The content management system is robust; easy to load and access training content. The application also provides the capability to create and grade quizzes. The reporting tools are also very robust. In addition, the Team at SkillNet is always available and quick to respond to any questions.

What do you dislike about Skillnet?

I have not found any downsides in using SkillNet or working with their Team. The application fits our needs perfectly. I have no recommendations to make the product better.

"SkillNet features and support have exceeded our expectations."
What do you like best about Skillnet?

SkillNet provides an easy-to-use interface and a reliable way of tracking and reporting on Skill Data. The robust features of this program were vital to organizational goals, as it meets the requirements for human resource data as outlined in ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 13485:2016.

What do you dislike about Skillnet?

SkillNet is a relatively new program and still has its occasional bugs to be worked out. On the same note, though, the support is impeccable. We receive speedy responses and solutions to reported bugs.

What problems is Skillnet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our organization recently implemented an ISO 13485:2016 certified Quality Management System. The requirements for training, documentation, and verification of training as outlined in the standard can be difficult to manage manually, but SkillNet put it all in one place.

As a growing, national organization, it also provides a single place for Operations to find and utilize the qualified skills needed to complete their work.
