Communication upfront could be a bit better

The wide range of features ranging from assigning badges, ability to view participant's labs, assigning in cohorts makes it the best experiencing LMS both for the students and the trainer as well.

The limitation of interacting in real time with the students. Have experienced lags quite frequently in the 'Monitor Labs' option irrespective of network bandwidth. Also, the duration of labs should be increased.

The biggest problem being solved is providing hands-on experience to learners at scale and in a uniform manner.

The labs work fine, and the instructions are clear and updated.

The fact that you can't drag and drop files from inside the virtual machine to outside and vice versa

Skillable provides a virtual real time experience for students to get hands on practice with the software they wish to learn. We can put exercise files and the software on a virtual machine and have all the students log in with their individual Id's so they can get a hands on experience with the software. Adults learn better if they can follow a book, hear the instructor and practice hands on training. The success rate is far better for individuals who can do all three of the above learning methods. Skillable provides that type of atmospherre. We as instructors can also monitor the students computers and give assistance when necessary. I believe that type of training environment builds confdence in the students taking that class and also make the instructors job much easier.

I would like to see a button or link on the page with the participants or in the chat area to monitor the students computers without having to go back to the dashboard. That would be very helpful.

I teach computer software classes on line and have used skillable for the past few years with great success. Students are able to log in and use the software and applications with ease. I also love the idea that I can take a refresher course with the skillable online classes whenever I want and have time to do it.

Easy to teach and the labs are fun to do.

Some instructions for the AZ900 labs are out of date, requesting to go to certain settings that are not available or have changed.

This provides free azure subscriptions that otherwise, will cost money.

The course structure is well defined and modules are very helpful.

There are no downsides of the skillable.

For me as a trainer I love that I'm able to help students with their labs, even if they are at the other side of the globe. Just like standing next to them. The overview page give me a clear view of where the students are during their labs and It give me an understanding of their progress and whether they are having problems with the contents of their lab. During Covid we continued to provide training to our students. This was a lot harder then before because we had to keep our physical distance. With Skillable we were able to treat the students in the room, the same as the student online. At made it possible for us to help them through this hard time and we've been busier as ever.

The customer support work very quickly, the few times I've needed it, it was mostly solved with a reasonable time.

It's not precisely Skillable, but i would love to have more opportunity to do impromptu demo's that might go a little outside of what the lab is for.
