I think its currently available as a google chrome extension and as an App over at the google play store which notifies you when the changes have been detected, overall maybe adding more features would help it get the spotlight.

It's a simple, easy to use website change monitoring tool, great for personal use. I tested it to track a concet ticket availability and it worked great! I used the free tier but if I had to upgrade, I found the cost pretty reasonable.
