Making executing and monitoring strategy effective and stress free

What do you like best about Skefto?

Skefto has made it so much easier for my leadership and me to connect our strategy with tangible execution plans. The platform provides me with real-time information on progress for various strategic initiatives across various work portfolios. The Skefto platform was easy to implement and meant that deliverable owners could update their initiatives with ease.

What do you dislike about Skefto?

The platform is constantly evolving which is great so nothing I don't like about it.

What problems is Skefto solving and how is that benefiting you?

This changed our leadership team meetings' dynamics and shifted the discussion from fire fighting to strategic focus areas. It also freed up my time from chasing updates to provide strategic direction to the team and key stakeholders across Australasia. The team love the ease of the system and that they have visibility for how their initiatives support the broader business strategy.
