SiteVibes fit this perfectly Amazing Product / Implementation
What do you like best about SiteVibes?
We had been using a different provider for our loyalty rewards program since 2021. However, slowly over the time the billing had increased to the point where it was 5x what it had been when we first implemented. We decided to look at other products and see what was competitive. We found SiteVibes and the entire process was amazing. Mike was our contact there, and he was great in demoing the product, and essentially building exactly what we wanted. We were able to import over our loyalty program points and had no issues or complaints with any current customers and reward balances. This product is actually better than the previous one, offering us a more robust rule set of including/excluding products, brands, categories...etc. The team over at SiteVibes is evolving by the minute, and that's what makes it really cool. If I would ask Mike about something they didn't have, just a setting, or toggle, he would get it developed and added to the product within a week or two. Super awesome company here and I would highly recommend you check out what they are doing.

I haven't had a negative thing to say about this company yet.
What problems is SiteVibes solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a solution at the right price point that rivaled what we had been using currently.

Impressive loyalty app with fantastic support
What do you like best about SiteVibes?
We’ve just launched our SiteVibes loyalty programme and are very pleased with how it enhances our online store offerings. And it's working very nicely within the BigCommerce platform. SiteVibes provides a great selection of display modules/widgets, and the various editable elements can easily be toggled on or off. Once understood, the process is simple! When small modifications were needed, the support team really delivered, and Mike has been superb throughout (from our intro meeting until launch and beyond). He's highly personable, knowledgeable and responsive, and this really makes all the difference when navigating a new system. We’re looking forward to exploring the other SiteVibes features down the line. Highly recommend!

Nothing comes to mind as everything was quickly addressed by the team.

Enhancing our relationship and benefits to our regular, loyal customers.

Quick integration, easy-to-use product, amazing customer service.
What do you like best about SiteVibes?
I really appreciate their responsiveness to questions and the agility they can offer in terms of customizations and updates. Communication is awesome, and I never feel like they are dropping the ball or passing us around. Even with us on a less-common ecommerce platform, integration went smoothly and quickly. The value for product is also great.
What do you dislike about SiteVibes?
There are really no downsides that I've identified at this point.
What problems is SiteVibes solving and how is that benefiting you?
SiteVibes is allowing us to easily collect site and product reviews with user-submitted media. We also appreciate the ability to feature multiple social galleries on our site.

Brilliant app
What do you like best about SiteVibes?
We signed up to sitevibes a few weeks ago and the service we have received in helping us get set up and running has been second to none. The app itself is absolutely perfect for what we needed (primarily a loyalty scheme however we are now exploring other features) So easy to use, very customizable and Mike has been so helpful, fast to respond to queries and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Nothing at all - it's perfect, I can't think of any dislokes.

Great software and great company to work with!
What do you like best about SiteVibes?
Super helpful team that is very responsive to adding new functionality and providing guidance on how we can improve. So far they have been great partners to work with!
What do you dislike about SiteVibes?
No complaints yet! Everything has gone very well from implementation to optimizing things. Looking forward to our first busy season with this software to see the impacts.
What problems is SiteVibes solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have software that provides product reviews, Q&A and our loyalty program all in 1 place. Its easier to manage this way, reduces the amount of software we have to install on each page and its very affordable compared to other companies out there.

What do you like best about SiteVibes?
I love that SiteVibes integrates the loyalty program across multiple aspects of the customer journey including social media interactions -- this is bringing loyalty up to date with today's customer behavior. The customer support has also been steller and very resonsive to requests for feature enhancments.
What do you dislike about SiteVibes?
At first the lits of features is a bit overwhelming and setup seems daunting, but the SiteVibes team was incredibly respsonsive, and it turned out to be eaiser than I expected to get started. We were up and running in less than a week. I strongly recommend scheduling up a Demo to fully understand its capabilities.
What problems is SiteVibes solving and how is that benefiting you?
SiteVibes solves the problem of bringing multiple key aspects of customer acquisition and retention under the management of a single, integrated, branded interface. Most loyalty programs out of the box address only purchase frequency or perhaps website visits. With SiteVibes we can also encourage product Q&A input, product reviews, and sharing on social media -- all within a single interface that is seamlessly integrated with the rest of our site. We evaluated 6 other loyalty management apps and none of then provided this level of integration and customization.

Great Tool , Easy to Use
What do you like best about SiteVibes?
We really like the social stream and being able to bring UGC from social channels onto our site. We also like the nudges so we can communicate with clients on the site.
What do you dislike about SiteVibes?
We had some challenges when we pushed from staging to production but the SiteVibes team quickly helped us resolve the issues.
