What do you like best about Site24x7?

We can monitor each server service, like each server we can monitor node services, Apache, Nginx, or any services which run on the server.

We can also adjust the threshold of Site 24x7 according to our requirements.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

As of nothing dislike, Reuire some improvement related to support.

If they can provide chat support. It would really great.

What problems is Site24x7 solving and how is that benefiting you?

As described it's a great product, We can monitor the whole infra on at single dashboard. Can restart services from site 24x7, We don't need to go to each server to start or stop services.

Alerting services reduce the downtime of applications. Get full insight of the server or application.

What do you like best about Site24x7?

After a lot of research, my team and I found Site24x7 to be the best solution for monitoring our suite of software and infrastructure. The tools are easy to use, and there is coverage for all of our technologies

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

Nothing like that till now. It's very user friendly

What problems is Site24x7 solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the best things about Site24x7 is the ease of use of the dashboard. If I want to set up a new monitor, there are easy steps that don't trip me up even if I haven't logged in in a long time. The multitude of features is also a huge win. We have been using this for 5 years, and haven't even discovered everything we can do. Other technologies come and go. Some get popular and then lose popularity, and you have to uninstall complicated monitors to switch. Site24x7 has been steady providing our monitoring all this time with very basic setup, and nothing complicated to install.

What do you like best about Site24x7?

The dashboards, Reporting, and notification options are great. The product is easy to use and very intuitive. The face that it integrates with Teams is a very nice feature.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

We would like to see more indepth reporting on On-Premise Excahnge servers. Things like DB size, DB health, and mailbox info.

What problems is Site24x7 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We finally have eyes on our On-Premise Exchange. With the move to cloud, we still have GOV regualtions that require on-premise Email for now.

What do you like best about Site24x7?

Easy to configure and set up, you can even copy an existing monitor to get-it-done quickly. I use Site24x7 almost every single day. Plus, linked with other tools, makes this a perfect solution to complex monitoring requirements.

What do you dislike about Site24x7?

It's hard to complain about Site24x& because so many possible customisations are available. Perhaps the tabbed views might offer a preview if the default has been modified rather than needing to click around to check whether things are default.

What problems is Site24x7 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monitoring and comparing before and after a configuration change help us ensure changes will positively affect performance and availability. When customers migrate to my services, they need to see the performance as a baseline, and I need to prove how the performance has improved. Using Site24x7 as a 3rd party, unbiased monitor has helped achieve the sale.

Ok, Site 24x7 is like Uptime Robot, but, Massivly Enhanced, not just 1 Testing Station, but 5 around the the country of your Choice.

We are reviewing the Current solution against Google Analytics to see if the site is being hit
