Nothing like that till now. It's very user friendly
One of the best things about Site24x7 is the ease of use of the dashboard. If I want to set up a new monitor, there are easy steps that don't trip me up even if I haven't logged in in a long time. The multitude of features is also a huge win. We have been using this for 5 years, and haven't even discovered everything we can do. Other technologies come and go. Some get popular and then lose popularity, and you have to uninstall complicated monitors to switch. Site24x7 has been steady providing our monitoring all this time with very basic setup, and nothing complicated to install.
The dashboards, Reporting, and notification options are great. The product is easy to use and very intuitive. The face that it integrates with Teams is a very nice feature.
We would like to see more indepth reporting on On-Premise Excahnge servers. Things like DB size, DB health, and mailbox info.
We finally have eyes on our On-Premise Exchange. With the move to cloud, we still have GOV regualtions that require on-premise Email for now.

It's hard to complain about Site24x& because so many possible customisations are available. Perhaps the tabbed views might offer a preview if the default has been modified rather than needing to click around to check whether things are default.
Monitoring and comparing before and after a configuration change help us ensure changes will positively affect performance and availability. When customers migrate to my services, they need to see the performance as a baseline, and I need to prove how the performance has improved.
