"Powerful solution... and we've only scratched the surface."
What do you like best about Site Search 360?

We are a small nonprofit organization with a limited budget. We were able to integrate Site Search 360 into our site to ensure that our audience could find the content that they need, across a few of our interrelated sites. The basic functionality was easy to set up and the support team has been fantastic.

What do you dislike about Site Search 360?

Honestly, I don't have a negative that is related to the product. The only thing is that I wish I could harness more of the solution as I know we've barely used the functionality to its capabilities.

What problems is Site Search 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a patchwork of systems that create the online user community and resource network for our members. They don't realize it is different systems behind the scenes, but until we go Site Search 360, our users could only search within each URL separately. This solution allowed us to provide our users with one search bar that could find content across all those domains.

What do you like best about Site Search 360?

I love the fact that SiteSearch 360 was so easy to use and to implement for our customers. It is also easy for our visitors to find what they are looking for on our web site.

I love the support, which is out of this world. Abbie was so helpful and helped me to fine tune our search box system so that only the required section of our web site was indexed. Being a little older (72) it sometimes hard to work out what to do but with Abbie's help there was no problem. Thank you, Abbie. You made my life a lot easier.

What do you dislike about Site Search 360?

After using SiteSearch 360 for a few years I can not think of any thing I dislike about it.

What do you like best about Site Search 360?

We have been able to customise to do just what we want (with quite a bit of development work as our requirements are quite specific). It takes a little time to work out how best to set it up if you want to use all the features properly, but ss360 support team are fantastic. They have been excellent in helping with our numerous questions and additional requirements. We are very happy with our search, and it has been well worth the effort invested in getting it right.

What do you dislike about Site Search 360?

It took a while to develop the search so it worked optimally for our site/requirements and customer support works on northern hemisphere time so the chat function isn't so useful if you aren't in that time zone. However, the email support is excellent and timely if you are happy to wait until they are online.

What problems is Site Search 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed an efficient text based search for our website and we have been able to develop what we wanted with our devs and the ss360 team.

What do you like best about Site Search 360?

Even with our custom system and the complexities with login walls, Site Search 360 was flexible enough to implement in just a couple hours. So powerful and a game changer for our customer experience.

What do you dislike about Site Search 360?

None so far. We are uncovering more features by the day and every new feature we discover gives the tool more and more power. Very robust and flexible. Thank you for the product!

Customer search of our video + course library to be able to find videos by keyword, publish date, topic, and more. If customers can find what they need, they are less likely to churn.

What do you like best about Site Search 360?

the backend of site search has a very clear structure and is easy to use if u want to optimize your search experience for your costumers.

The Team behind Site search helps out all the time and it doesnt take more than a day for them to respond.

all in all i can recommend using Semknox.

What do you dislike about Site Search 360?

There are not a lot of negative features about site search 360.

We had problems with our mothly searches but in the end the semknox team figured it out and it works perfectly for us now

they help us with different kind of problems like result mappings, article number fixture, pictures and recommendations in our open and premium Shop.

Very easy and clear implementation and a very low cost per month. Support is absolutely brilliant and fast.

What do you dislike about Site Search 360?

You have to manually set misspellings and synonyms.

We were not able to let our visitors search for campsites and cities. Now we can!

What do you like best about Site Search 360?

I have been using SiteSearch360 for a while now. I love it. I am on the columbo plan which takes care of everything I need. SS360 gives my one-man-show a very professional edge. I particularly like the Smart 404 on my site to keep people who enter a typo in a domain. Customer service was excellent on the odd occasion I needed some help.

What do you dislike about Site Search 360?

No downsite to report :-) When I was setting it up and had a little trouble understanding what to do I used the help and support via email. They quickly stepped up and did the bits I was struggling with for me.

What problems is Site Search 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a search facility on my site. I had originally used google, and when that was stopped, I went to DuckDuckGo. They started putting adverts all over the results and it was just not a good look. Now my 450-page site is fully indexed, NO Adverts, and is very slick looking.

What do you like best about Site Search 360?

Let's get this out of the way: I looked at six different search softwares, and SiteSearch360 was the cheapest. But it is SO POWERFUL, and does everything I needed it to do and then some. Multiple filters, result groupings, custom sort options, result mappings—it's all here and it works beautifully. It's also lightning fast, even with an index of 24,000+ entries. The bang for buck ratio here is just insane. There's almost nothing it can't do right out of the box, so much so that I would almost feel like I'm getting ripped off if I went anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention the SUPPORT that they offer? Both the customer care team and the devs have been super-helpful, answering promptly and accurately each time. They even once solved a problem that I didn't even know was there but that absolutely needed fixing! Seriously, I can't say enough good. So thankful for this team.

What do you dislike about Site Search 360?

There are a few things it can't do that I wish it could, but most of them are things that literally nobody else is going to want or ask for. For example, it can't sort results 100% alphabetically, and its Javascript API (which is SO helpful, BTW) can call a simple search term but not a pre-filled set of filter values. But again, these are minor limitations and are completely understandable, especially given the amazing price. Again, I'm getting a LOT of bang for my buck here, and that fact is not lost on me. :-)

What problems is Site Search 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a better search experience to help kids, parents, and librarians find books. We already had a lot of tags and custom taxonomies, but our old SQL-based search struggled to deliver results that were truly relevant, and the UI left much to be desired. All that has changed now. Super-clean UI, relevant results, complex enough for librarians but simple enough for kids. Perfect solution.
