Singular provided so much help to our team when we had to transition from another MMP. The team was always available, and answered all our questions. Their customer service is the best I've experienced.

Singular - our representative Lucas James in particular, has been indispensible for us as an MMP and helping us keep up to date with all of the industry trends and making sure that data is flowing smoothly within our company at all times. Giveni that I work on the marketing side, it's critical that we have as minimal disruptions as possible so that we can be making marketing optimizations as soon as possible.
There has been a few instances where data has been consistently delayed, but it was either on the network side or Singular has worked to resolve these data delays.
For me in particular, being able to see the marketing analytics and getting this data pushed into our data visualization platforms has been the most important. Having a clear, accurate, and consolidated place where I can find our marketing data has really helped me in optimizing marketing campaigns.
Very support team and the customer service are extremeley responsive and professional. When we have a question or problems, the reps will always fast responding on the solutions and give us the great explanation as well.
