"Best experience, best partner when transitioning to a new MMP"
What do you like best about Singular?

Singular provided so much help to our team when we had to transition from another MMP. The team was always available, and answered all our questions. Their customer service is the best I've experienced.

What do you dislike about Singular?

the only downside I can think of is the time zone difference with our dedicated account manager, but we make it work, as it is only a few hours.

What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?

Their SKAN dashboard is helful to us, but we need more input from our end to test out more event combinations.

Amazing customer support team that helps you solve all the issues. Tool itself is accurate, flexible, very customable to different needs of different team members.

As it has a lot of customization, there is a learning curve

What do you like best about Singular?

I really enjoyed the customer centric work ethic Singular caters to. They are always customer first and will try and craft the solution to cater to our individual needs. The PoC we were dealing with from singular was also top notch.

What do you dislike about Singular?

Over the past few days, the TAT on their support tickets have increased, but i guess that is due to the ongoing tension in israel and palestine. Hence, nothing to complain about.

1. Atribution Users to campaigns and improving said campaigns every day

What do you like best about Singular?

Singular - our representative Lucas James in particular, has been indispensible for us as an MMP and helping us keep up to date with all of the industry trends and making sure that data is flowing smoothly within our company at all times. Giveni that I work on the marketing side, it's critical that we have as minimal disruptions as possible so that we can be making marketing optimizations as soon as possible.

What do you dislike about Singular?

There has been a few instances where data has been consistently delayed, but it was either on the network side or Singular has worked to resolve these data delays.

What problems is Singular solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me in particular, being able to see the marketing analytics and getting this data pushed into our data visualization platforms has been the most important. Having a clear, accurate, and consolidated place where I can find our marketing data has really helped me in optimizing marketing campaigns.
