I think Singu FM is very flexible in every way, its developing in the right direction and I think you can find all your needs within Singu.

It s also great if you have to manage more buildings on one platform. Has great modules - like -

Ticketing, Warranty,Warehouse,Inspections, Maintenance, BIM connection

Estate Maintenance and Building issues ticketing, Guestbook, parking

Modules within Singu FM extremely comprehensive, there are ticketing module, operation and maintenance module, reporting module, and many more. It also have Arabic interface.

I would encourage Singu team to have interfaces with legacy network components (ex. Air conditioners, lighting systems, water reservoirs, etc.) to have direct readings integrated in the system.

we gad two separte system CRM and maintenance software. it was difficult to set correct KPI and we had also a high cost in training as well as maintenance costs for both platforms

Singu FM is very easy to use for everyone. You can learn how to use this software in very short time. NFC tags are very helpful for maintenance and inspections. Our maintenance staff can operate directly near a equipment via their phones.

I know they have periodically updates on software, but their are few places where they can improve much more.

Communication is the biggest problem, we don't receive updates or status of the work we needed to know. After using Singu FM everything is in Single line of process, we receive notification about each and every stage of work through Mobile or Email.
