Sinch have a very responsive support team, combined with a conversational API for facebook/whatsapp/web chat. The SMS solution was easy to implement and integrate.

Being able to manage large scale SMS campaigns (500k batch sends) with integrations into varied messaging channels based on user preferences. Personalised rich SMS is a big win also.
We have been delivering SMS messages of all sorts through Sinch since it was mBlox and CLX. We have been looked after by the company and the people for more than a decade. The breadth and depth of their service offering, particularly around mobile services, means that whatever problem I need solved, Sinch has always had a solution.
The company is getting pretty large and their services are spreading beyond mobile. It is starting to feel a little bit less personal.
Mostly message delivery anywhere in the globe. Whenever a customer needs access to a new region that we don't currently cover, Sinch flicks a switch and turns it on. No mess, no fuss.
Everyone at Sinch that I've worked with has been extremely responsive, whether it is questions about adding additional features, or supporting our end users, to even handling billing issues; this level of responsiveness really establishes a strong business parnership
The biggest downside in our experience has been cost, where we have seen some other vendors be a little more competitive in the market
Sinch is a very good company to work with from an SMS Aggregator role; I've been working with them for many years now going back to the mBlox company, and the business relationship is as strong as it ever was. They are very proactive in ensuring they can meet our needs and supportive whenever we need them to be.
We don't have many problems, just occasional issues with individual users receiving SMS responses from short codes, and the support received from Sinch really helps get through those isolated instances in an efficient manner.
The support team is very responsive around the existing services we use. Additionally, they take the time to listen and understand the business challenge/s we are solving for. For example, we recently explored text enabling our 800 to offer a new channel of communication by our members. To accomplish our use case, we were introduced to the Sinch Flows platform that offered the immediate capabilities we needed and additional features we could use in the future.
Nothing comes to mind at this time. They have been a great partner.
We are exploring the use of a Group Chat feature that would live purely in the SMS space and not require the need to install specific apps such as WhatsApp. This allows our internal teams to use tools (SMS) that they are already familiar with which reduces learning curves and quick adoption. We are also offering additional Digital channels for our members to communicate on. We've been able to do this by text enabling our 800 number and delivering automated responses with a link to an online resource.
The Team was great as we were getting our account set up. Provide timely updates as carriers were reviewing our application. Additionally, provided strategies on who we would be able to allocate cost to various business units that would be using the same shortcode.
Their online platform to find the status of our submissions to the carriers was difficult to find. Once I knew where it was, it was easy to find. It was just not as intuitive as I would have expected.
Highly recommend. The team is great to work with. We even had an account rep switch (he got promoted) and the Director, of Enterprise Accounts proactively reached out to let me know what was going on and set up a time for an intoroduction. In the past, it was typically just the old rep or the new rep reaching out,
We wanted to begin SMS communications with our field team, channel partners, and (ultimately) our end-user customers. We use Adobe Campaign as our email communication provider and the platform also has SMS capabilities. Sinch came as a highly recommended partner.
How Sinch representatives understand your requirements and issues and provide you solutions that work. Also I must mention that they're very patient and understanding of your circumstances as a business, this was very evident during the tough times we faced due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
On the other hand, they have the best tech platforms/teams. Our development teams have never faced an issue technically, Sinch's API's are well documented and are very easy to integrate and use.
I dislike the fact that they don't have an office in Pakistan, our local tech scene can definitely be helped with an amazing company like Sinch operating locally.
