THe ease of use and set up. The ability to see at a glance if the caregiver was where they said they were.
I honestly haven't found anything that I don't like.
I use this to track various home health care aids. The GPS location for sign in/out has been a complete money saver. The ability to upload pics int eh notes sections help keep the information flowing between all caregivers.

Most functions are simple and to the point.
Sometimes the app is a little slower than usual.
It's a real winner in small business scheduling.
Time management, I am able to send out a schedule, and if there are any changes my employees get notified it as soon as I send them. Less time talking, more time working.
Exactly what I need to keep track of our hours! It is user friendly and I love that my employee has easy access to clocking in from where ever she is! Covid time has created more need to work from home, so having an easy app to use is great!

Excellent platform for the needs of our small business. The therapists love it due to its user-friendly feautures. Having it be an online site platform allows us to monitor and process our timekeeping, specially now when we are all working remotely during the pandemic.

It's very easy to use so all my employees have no issues being trained to clock in or not clocking in because they "can't figure it out". Also love the location feature. I run a on-site service business so that feature enables me to allow employees to travel straight to the job site and clock in there rather than coming to the office first. I used other programs and never really knew where they were at when they clocked in.
There's really wasn't anything I didn't like. I tested several similar programs/apps and choose this one because it had everything I wanted.

This app allowed me to solve the issue allowing my employees to clock in at the job site, but still know they were at the site when they clocked in.
Great app love the weekly reports and very user friendly for my older not so tech savvy team members. The GPS function helps me make sure they clock in on project and not at home. Clock in and out notification help us in the office

This is the first time I've had to use a staff management app, so I did my fair share of shopping around. I finally settled on SINC Workforce as it is so user friendly, gives me options to download data, lets me make notes against employee tasks and allows me to see what time my staff are working from home. This last point is incredibly important for me as I can better understand my staffs' needs based on their works patterns. I use it to track my staffs hourly schedules, as well as stay informed about when and on what tasks they're working on. It also allows for transparency for both parties, which is important. Love the app, thank you!
There's nothing I particularly dislike, everything runs as well as my needs dictate.

Initially implemented for handling a cleaning business,it had features that took care of scheduling, time clock and auditing. But I soon tried to use it when my mom developed dementia and needed nurses to look out after her. Initially, I just fell in line with the home health care agency and their app until we encountered problems. I ended up using Sinc to track another company's employees caring for her. I enforced the time clock functionality, and the nurses commented how well it works compared to what they had to use. The shift notes were especially helpful. My oversight was important in enforcing proper billing and payroll services by the other company. It is flexible enough for all types of businesses from property management, to residential cleaning, and even home health care. It will most likely fit into ANY category of service you can imagine.
Shift overrides initially were difficult, but updates have improved that dramatically.
I have implemented this software to improve billing, payroll, shifts in the home Healthcare, real estate/property management, and IT consulting industries. I think it could handle about any task thrown at it. Plus support is fantastic!
