Has the good 3rd party integrations. Great value. Great support
PROS: I tried Zoho, HubSpot, Insightly and Pipedrive! I found the CRM was trying to control my way of working, instead of the against. Simply lives up to the name. Contact segmentation is straightforward and leveraged by the integrations. Tech support is super good. Definitely the best I have to work with.

What do you like best about Simply CRM?

The things which I like most about this Software are that-

-Easy to use Interference.

-You can classify leads according to their stages.

-You can add leads easily.

-Easy to create a pipeline.

-Easy to follow up leads.

-Pop on screen for task remainder.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

-some bugs are their like it will be stuck you can't add leads that time but the backin team is supportive they resolve the issues on call , also some to calls are auto dropped

-Easy to use not needed much training to work on this.

-You can train your junior with just one video and 3o minute training .

A pathfinder for complex business processes

PROS: Recommend this to anyone, glad I stumbled upon a Danish business/book and CRM preference that said it was among the best out there, because after using it now for months, realized the same.

CONS: As with all changes, the learning curve was the only obstacle for me, but the Simply team was always an email or phone call away if we needed assistance.
