What do you like best about Simply.Coach?

- The interface is well designed, clean and well structured without being dry.

- The ability to create entire coaching journeys, contracts, digital tools, add resources and set up action reminders and nudges that keep clients on track.

- The ability to create assessments and gather stakeholder feedback which links back to the coaching journey and keep it all in one place makes creating a well rounded client experience easier.

- Being able to track coachee experience using mood and goal check ins rounds out the client experience and makes keeping clients focused on their goals simpler too.

- The development team release new features frequently that improves client experience and makes managing clients, cohorts and journeys so much easier.

- Ease of implementing new features into your account.

- Great integrations which allow me to do more from your account without having to switch platforms.

Bottom line:

The platform has an impressive breadth of functionality which is constantly growing in ways that are genuinely valuable; the support is prompt, super friendly and extremely effective; the price is exceptional value for money.

What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?

I don't dislike anything. Like any new piece of software, it takes a little time to get familiar with it, but the demo call helped - I was already convinced before I booked my demo so I used that call more like an orientation call. The team recorded it for me and sent me the video - which was incredibly helpful.

Any time I've gotten stuck on something, the team are fast to respond, very friendly and able to resolve my issues quickly.

What problems is Simply.Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's allowed me to streamline the coaching side of my business (one to one and cohorts); keep track of client goals, notes and plans in one place - and share it all with the client; has made organising and providing tools and resources significantly easier; and has made tracking progress and ROI significantly simpler. It's both saved me time, allowed me to automate my coaching while keeping it super tailored to each client and has given me an engaging way to talk to clients about their progress. I've also been able to brand my account to provide a more consistent, branded experience for clients.

What do you like best about Simply.Coach?

Simply.Coach is a beautiful tool that will help my team move to the next level. The seamless integration with various calendars is a great feature, now allowing our clients to schedule sessions that fit their schedule with ease!

I came to Simply.Coach with many requirements. I have been presented with solutions, upgrades, & custom development to allow us to run our coaching business with great efficiency. When I have a request, I always get a YES.

Everyone I have worked with so far has been technically savvy, incredibly polite and easy to work with, & continue to provide updates & solutions to my requests. I'm thrilled with the choice to partner our coaching business with Simply.Coach.

UPDATE (Feb.2.2024) - I'm now a year into going live with Simply.Coach and my likes are the same. The team remains responsive, helpful, and willing to consider whatever I bring to the table for mods/devs/improvements/changes.

What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?

There's very little I can say in terms of what I dislike. The only drawback so far is that some of the upgrades/changes I've requested take some time to develop. To be fair, Simply.Coach has always considered my timelines & provided reasonable & accurate deliverable dates.

UPDATE (Feb.2.2024) - I'm now a year into going live with Simply.Coach and the only new con is that with all the new developments, some tasks/processes are less intuitive. Typically, Simply.Coach quickly finds more intuitive layouts for new features but there's sometimes a bit of a lag here.

What problems is Simply.Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simply.Coach is providing significant upgrades to their software to allow us to continue doing business efficiently. These upgrades will benefit many customers - especially larger consulting groups with 5 or more coaches & many clients in the mix. The enhancements include, but are not limited to:

-New data point availability to help us classify clients at a greater depth

-Increased reporting features (for export to our accounting system)

-A new 'work log' module that facilitates our recording of session data & modifications

UPDATE (Feb.2.2024) - I'm now a year into going live with Simply.Coach and we are now using more features.

-The latest powerhouse feature we're flexing is issuing regular questionnaires/forms to our client base. Now, over time, we can show measured improvements in various functional areas we are working on with clients.

What do you like best about Simply.Coach?

Everything needed for a Coach is in one place. No need to use emails, scheduling software, notepads or shared cloud folders. Simply.Coach brings it all together to allow the Coach to focus on the being with their Client.

Over the last two years, it has helped me bring structure and greater impact in my coaching engagements.

What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?

The interface works very well in corporate & business scenarios. Clients love the practicality of it. However, in life coaching scenarios, there might be a need for a bit of a softer touch

What problems is Simply.Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an Independent Coach, struggle to track my engagements and have all the required inputs in one place. This made me feel under prepared and not fully available for my coachees

What do you like best about Simply.Coach?

I like how simple simply coach is to use, I did a lot of testing and research into the platform I wanted to use for my coaching business and this one is the best in my opinion.

Implementing into my business was easy with the integration with my calendar, email, zoom and Stripe for accepting payments.

Simply Coach is something that I go into a few times a week to check up on my clients and communicate with them.

When I first adopted Simply Coach it was still in its BETA testing phase and the features that have been added since have been incredible.

Also whenever I have had an issue the customer support chat box is always there to help and advise a way to sort out the problem I have been having which most of the time is something silly that I have done wrong in the set-up.

What do you dislike about Simply.Coach?

The only thing I would love to be added to Simply Coach is Accounting Software integration, right now I am duplicating the work by adding invoices into Xero for the Coaching Packages that I am providing.
