What do you like best about Simplify360?

So it's best to save your time and very easy to use. Don't need any assistance it's like with this app you can go with flow!

What do you dislike about Simplify360?

There is nothing to be dislike, I mean it's pretty cool I only tried this app for testing purpose or you can say for comparison and I liked it. I definitely recommend this to everyone.

What do you like best about Simplify360?

Simplify360 helps to keep track of all the conversations happening over the internet in one place. This helps us save time and ensure that no critical conversation from the customer gets missed. Additionally, this helps the companies elevate their customer experience and manage their customer support better.

What do you dislike about Simplify360?

The UI/UX of the platform could be made easy as I believe it is a bit cluttered. Additionally, the insights section could be more robust and data heavy.

What problems is Simplify360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped us engage with all the customers from one place and in a much better time frame which ultimately helped us achieve better customer experience and elevate the overall brand image.

Tool set-up is both quick and straightforward, allowing for rapid deployment without complex configuration or discovery processes. Its cost-effectiveness makes it ideal for enterprises or startups alike, providing a viable foundation for each.

What do you dislike about Simplify360?

Used it majorly for ORM purposes. It would be really great if the social listening and analytics bit is improved for ease of analysis.

What do you like best about Simplify360?

Fast and easy setup that lets you get started quickly, without investing a lot of time in complex configuration and discovery processes. Very cost-effective as well, makes this a good starting point for enterprises and a very serviceable solution for startups.

What do you dislike about Simplify360?

Cost scaling is a bit unfair - just when you really get into it, you start running into usage / tracking limits that, given the scale of social media today, are a little unrealistic.
