The system itself is intuitive, with a friendly user interface. It's swift and helps you stay in the mood of working and finishing every step. I was able to sign up and take a course in less than 5 minutes. The progress and certificates sections look informative and everything appears to be accesible and in the right place.
The friendly user interface appears to be from 10 years ago. At times you'll feel like it's Flash what you are using. I know that it is not the case, as checking the progress section will show you some nice graphs, but it can definitely improve.
It doesn't seem to like Safari, as when I was trying to upload a profile picture it wouldn't let me.
Keep your expectations in place. The system is excellent, but do not expect top-of-the-line features or development. I think it's suitable for its purpose. Haven't talked about pricing yet, but should be below Talent LMS or other more recognizable brands.
The system will help you accomplish good training, track progress and manage certificates, which is a great thing. And I'm just not sure if because of the interface and occassional sttuter that I can't fully dive into it, but be sure that Simplify LMS can help you train your staff, even if not the most visually pleasant way.
I'm reviewing this system to evaluate its capabilities for our company. If viable, it will help us with our onboarding process and professional development. We are really looking forward to make it work.
