Awesome support team.Adding the features to the tool based on the customer's needs. Whenever we put forward our requirements, they always try to come back with a solution for our business needs.

There is nothing to be disliked about their support except for the time taken to add any new feature.

Reducing the time taken for each contract execution. Tracking the contract workflow and easy to manage the contracts.

I find the tool extremely useful and efficient. Plus, the SimpliContract Team customises the toll as per the requirements of the customer. They interact with the customer frequently and ensure that all glitches are rectified and the software works smoothly.

Certain features like spell-check and auto correct have not yet been added.

Problems with regard to technical issues and cutomising requirements are being handled by the team after client visits.

The overall experience is that SimpliContract is a strong pre & post signature Contract Lifecycle Management solution. The user friendly & innovate AI engine allows the contract data to be extracted and provides improved contract insights & searchability.

Our organization does not have any dislikes.

SimpliContract streamlined the contract creation through the template & clause library in combation with the contract approval (e-signature) workflows. In addition, the repository and contract management has been simplified through the contract data search functionality and deliverables linked to specific contract clauses.

The ease of use in both contract creation and contract management of deliverables. NLP intelligence helps with contract clauses. And the tool has easy collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.

Sofar no dislikes experienced in our projects

Tracebility, complicance, contract renewal, short cycle time from reward to contract, eleminate savings and cashflow leakage, contract analytics, risk control, templates and contract libaries, side by side contract comparisons, operationalize contracts, real time collaboration between procurement, legal, supplier and finance.

Simplicontract helps in the end-to-end digitalization of the contracting process. Our Journey with the Simplicontract team was amazing;

d. Team delivers the requirement well within the committed timeline.

The benefit/outcome of AI functionality is not very evident; SimpliContractTeam should educate the user group on how to use this functionality to bring better efficiency and effectiveness.

Easy to use and intuitive with the option to collaborate with teams efficiently.

Only requestor can access or edit the record which at times becomes a bottleneck. The Account Managers and Delivery Managers whose names are selected, if they have access, should get the edit access as well for them to upload documents in the absence of the requestor.

SOW processing is centralized and all is done through the tool so it can be referred back easily.

* Organized outlook of a contract.

* We can compare the previously uploaded versions.

* Prompt support we receive from simplicontracts team.

* There could have been a draft feature for share option. If we need to check the contract once before sending it out, we need to delete the entire thing and re-type it.

* There could have been a reminder trigger sent to respective stakeholders through collaborate section.

* It helps construct an organized and robust way of handling contracts, which was lacking before simplicontracts.

* Helped maintain the entire agreement and related documents, conversations and others in a single request raised.

* Capturing the summary values for each contract while uploading the executed copy negated the manual reports' exhaustive process.

Historic Data not available & to bring in Do's and Don't's so that the end user would ensure to update the required information

Finance team needs the Agreement, WO etc for processing the invoice on time, which are available in CLM.

CLM tool is useful for reviewing agreements and now they have updated with features like termination period that will reduce processing time

Personally, I faced sometimes this tool logged out very quickly then I have relogin to it. If the idle time period can be extended it will be helpful
