I loved how easy it was to use. I had a bit of training on it to help navigate, but overall it was so intuitive and user-friendly.
There wasn't anything that I disliked about the program. It was easy to use, easy to navigate, and a time-saver for everyone involved.
I highly recommend anyone to use this company.
The biggest problem that we solve by utilizing Simpleview was the time required to manage the platform. The previous platform was clunky and hard to use. Simpleview's easy system allowed us to do everything we needed to do quickly and better time management.
Simpleview is exceptionally comprehensive. There are so many different ways you can utilize this program, and I think, for the most part, it is pretty user-friendly.
Sometimes, adding new fields or figuring out formulas can be complicated. I'm not very familiar with the backend of Simpleview, so I'm not sure the exact details that go into this work.
We can keep track of so many things. Each department has its own portal that was specifically created for us, allowing easy accesibility. This also allows us to keep things extremely organized across different departments. It's quick and simple to find what we are looking for, even if we are in another department's portal.
Simpleview has the ability to run a ton of different, in-depth reports.
It always takes a while for new hires to differentiate between the Lead/Account/Profile level. Creating and editing reports is another obstacle that new hires often deal with.
The Simpleview/Cvent integration has been great!
Simpleview DMS Act-On has one of the best marketing automation systems, it has seamless Email Integration. It Helps to Create onboarding programs, loyalty programs, trigger emails and thank you pages. The best part is we get Lead Scoring to increase your ability to engage prospects, qualify leads, and identify who is sales-ready.
The Only Flaw I found is Analytics and Reports. It doesn't match to google analytic report. So the only part is that I would them to improve
With Simpleview DMS's Act-On ( Marketing Automation), you get email marketing, analytics, reports, DMS Integration All in One Place. The Great Part about this system is, if you are the company how does marketing of various portals, it can give you all that report.
Easy to Navigate User Interface
Options for customization
Web based system so accessible from any device
Great customer support
Ability to organize tasks, reminders, Communications all on one system
I wish the Outlook integration was more reliable but I have been told they are working on this
We use Simpleview for many departments of our organization, Sales, Marketing, Services, Partnership Retention. All departments use SV daily as an integral part of our jobs.
For us, the best attributes of Simpleview re that it provides an easy to use (for the most part) platform for account management and organization, an extranet for account participation and a place to post and organize sales leads.
The two major things I dislike about Simpleview are:
1. Reports. When you initially purchase and implement the program, it has some set report fields that work great. But the moment you need to pull a custom report,, which is inevitable if your company values data, it can get very time consuming and frustrating due to different limitations and rules.
2. Customizations. I used Simpleview at the company I worked prior to my current role as well, and both organizations have largely customized their platform. I will say that the Simpleview team does try their best to work with every individual client to fulfill their needs, however, there are quite a few limits to what they can do, and every customization is an added cost to an already expensive program, so the costs inevitable limit what all you can do.
When working with the SimpleView team on initial implementation, talk through absolutely everything you want to program to do, and ask for very clear prices and timing needed to get those done. Like I mentioned earlier, there are a ton of add-on costs after the initial payments that will be needed to plan for.
We are solving account management and cross-organization communication through the notes and traces. We can easily see which team members have been interacting with the accounts and where they left off. We are also streamlining account participation through the extranet and allowing partners to update their listings on their own, saving our staff hours of busy work.
We recently switched from Simpleview for our CRM and it made me realize how many things I liked about the program. The ease of use, customize-able reporting, and inventory tracking are some of the things I appreciated most. We pull different reports daily and simpleview streamlined the process with their templates and categories. We are a partner-based company and it also made it very easy to add new partners and get them set up within our system to immediately start seeing the benefits. We also use the system to send out leads to our clients and received feedback that simpleview was much easier to use and understand than our new program.
While simpleview excelled at some functions, there were many things we needed that the program just could not do. For example, we needed a program that would allow us to accept credit card payment without going through a third party. We also wanted a program that would allow us to set up events and take RSVPS, while tracking attendance back to the account page. The price of the program was also a factor when deciding to switch.
Take the time to learn everything the software does and does not do. They have been teasing an updated program for the last two years but have had to continuously push back launching it, which ultimately made us decide to switch to a new program. However, if the new edition is everything they said it would be, it would solve the majority of problems we had with Simpleview.
Simpleview DMS helped keep all account data in one place and made pulling reports easy. The traces kept everyone on the same page in terms of status of each report, and what they have been communicated.
Detailed sections when inputting information. I like that we get the chance to include as much as possible and have a selection dedicated to that specific detail rather than having one long notes page.
It can be confusing when first starting. There needs to be more how-to and online resources to use for those using simpleview for the first time.
For me, it comes in handy as a great organizational tool within the company. It allows multiple departments across the company to be on the same page.
Easy to create parent accounts, but over all the reports are difficult to use.
Reporting is very difficult and not very clean
if its a budget issue, Simpleview is fine - if you have more budget consider other options.
it's a cheaper CRM, so it works for the money you pay for it.
