it is fairly easy to set up, easy to use, has reasonable ticket fees, and great customer support. Emails are answered promptly, and sometimes a phone call is scheduled for discussions and explanations.
Can not create subscription packages.
Although the system has a donation option for general admission tickets, it does not offer a donation option for reserved-seat events.
We needed a ticket system that was simple to setup and administer, had reasonable fees, and offered all the functions we required. SimpleTix does that and more. We can link the system into our website and integrate it with other systems directly or via Zapier. The Box Office app is easy to use and it is very easy to scan tickets with their scanner app using smart phones.
The ease of setting up venues, getting paid quickly ease of using multimedia through SimpleTIx. Things I don't have time for or haven't thought of on my own. It is very simple for guests to purchase admission or book an event.
I don't have any complaints or issues right now. SimpleTix is doing well by me.

It is so easy to navigate and setup. SimpleTix makes me feel like an expert. The reports are easy to download, the email reminders sent automatically, the professional look. We've been using this software for years and will always come back. It's integration with square is very well implemented. We are frequently using the app and have found it easy to set up volunteer accounts so anyone can use it.
Recently our customers have been voicing concerns with the website crashing or stuck on processing. We also notice that the embed feature is clunky and not very user friendly.

It is simple to use and has design reatures that are attractive and efficient. The fees are reasonable and competitive compared to other platforms. We also chose it because it integrates with Square, something our organization already uses. Our customers have also commented on how streamlined and clean everything looks from their end.
Sometimes it's hard to navigate to the feature that generates the sales reports and name lists for each concert. I think this feature could be more easily visible and/or accessible with fewer clicks.
We left a third party "brick and mortar" vendor that was on the other side of town for Simpletix. It was always a hassle to contact them to post an event, print out tickets, mail them/pick them up, and then ask them to cut us a check afterwards for the sales (after taking their cut).
As new business owners, we found we had limited time to dig in and research different ticket vendors. SimpleTix seemed like the most user friendly and cost effective for us, and we are very pleased with it's usability. What I like best about it is how easy it was to pick up and use, and we've actually found ourselves offering more to our patrons simply because the functionality is there with SimpleTix.
I may be wrong, but it would be nice to have the billing come from our business bank account. As it is I think we needed to provide a credit card for billing, and had to link the SimpleTix billing to our personal credit card, and let the business pay us back for the fees. If we are able to link our bank acount instead of a credit card, I apologize!
Creating a fast and easy way to provide ticketed show access online. We can literally have an event set up and selling in minutes and that's valuable to us as we have many shows.

They have tons of helpful tips & tricks and videos to help you get started and lots of features that any event organizer needs to have in their back pocket. Best of all? No hidden fees or monthly account costs. It's easy to implement into your event sales & fundraising efforts.
A little more customization for attendee questions would be helpful.
