What do you like best about SimpleSpa?

I was pleasantly surprised that it was very simple procedure for the acquisition of the product a good and timely response from technical service and customer service department, additionally its implementation and configuration was very simple, this program has a simple interface and easy to use, does not require learning curve, also has a wide variety of features so it is a very functional program, we can highlight the notification capacity it has, generating alerts to both employees and customers, to confirm, modify an appointment or reservation. It is an excellent administrative management tool for beauty salons and spas that establishes criteria for dealing with inventories, appointments and payroll and billing services.

What do you dislike about SimpleSpa?

There's nothing I don't like about this program, we've had excellent results since we started using it and we haven't had any inconvenience with how the program works.

What problems is SimpleSpa solving and how is that benefiting you?

This program became the miraculous solution of all the inconveniences that our business was presenting to manage the processes automatically, we use it since the opening of our first beauty salon, and 4 years have passed we have 5 franchises of beauty salon "My Style" in different locations in the city, so we can say that this program was instrumental in the growth and expansion of our enterprise, and today become a thriving business. All this because SimpleSpa, transforms in simple the daily tasks or assignments of the administration of the beauty salon, allowing us for example to have greater control and monitoring of priority aspects such as inventories and billing.

What do you like best about SimpleSpa?

It is a very complete and integral program since it allows to manage appointments, customers, employees, provides control and monitoring of the inventory of products. It is also very easy to use and its interface is simple, friendly and elegant. In addition, it allows customers to review the availability of appointments, allowing them to confirm or modify them, in addition to the system generates appointment reminder alerts, via email, both for the staff who will attend and for the customer. They can also verify the price of our products and services confirmations and reminders of appointments.

What do you dislike about SimpleSpa?

Although we have been enjoying the service for only 8 months we have not presented any inconvenience with this program, on the contrary we are very satisfied with its functionality and performance.

Excellent tool, thanks to this software we bring our business afloat, very functional we are fully satisfied with the functionality of SimpleSpa.

This program was adapted to our needs as a ring to the finger, we have 8 months with our small business "SPA CLEMENTINA". What do you like best about SimpleSpa?

It is a very simple application but very functional, is very easy to use so the learning curve is null, as its interface is very friendly, this program is web-based, also facilitates the management and administration of beauty salons, being a very comprehensive and complete software provides the ability to manage appointments to customers, schedule such appointments in turn with professional service providers such as barbers, stylists, manicurists, masseurs among others, additionally, allows monitoring and control of inventories, all these features in a single package make it very attractive to us users and optimizes the organization of growing businesses. On the other hand other outstanding features are the booking for the business website, confirmations and reminders of appointments by email and via text message, in addition to credit card processing.

What do you dislike about SimpleSpa?

In spite of being a very complete and easy program it would be great if an integration with social networks was developed, it would be fundamental to send notifications to the clients, as to the employees for the appointment reminder, as well as to link the program with Instagram, Facebook and twitter with the purpose of promoting our local and the works that there we made by these platforms.

Recommendations to others considering SimpleSpa:

If you are considering a software, I really recommend it, from my experience with this program I can verify that it is a very effective tool because until recently I decided to take a leap in the software market and see how I can simplify my life, being a small but growing company I had trouble keeping my agenda handwritten and with Simple automation and easy administration of your business is guaranteed.

What problems is SimpleSpa solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am pleasantly surprised with the performance and operation of this program, SimpleSpa has greatly facilitated our daily activities with this automated program allows us to keep organized everything related to the administration of our business, as it allows me from the control and updating of inventory to nominal and accounting issues, on the other hand has allowed us to save paperwork costs and finish completely with the manual annotation of agendas, which in turn helped us to develop more our business venture by ensuring timeliness, efficiency and quality in the care given to our customers. In general we can say that it has been one of the best business decisions we have made to implement this program.
