There is not much to dislike about Simplesat and maybe that's because I don't use it its full potential. I wish I could get more granular with the reporting to get individual stats sent via email weekly.

I don't dislike anything from CSAT, I don't think there's anything missing. Perhaps just being able to group surveys to only see the feedback highlights from the group I want to review.
