Everything is in one place. I cannot emphasize enough how much time my assistant and I save because everything I need is under one login, on one site.

I save time which saves me money. I save frustration so I work smarter. It's so easy to keep up with sending newsletters every week that I can connect to my blog.
It's an all-in-one platform that is actually amazing! Useful for all stages of starting, building and running an online business efficiently. It has easy to implement automations, templates, and features to boost customer experience, sales and generally makes marketing easier. Having it all in ONE place saves me so much time.
Simplero does require some CSS knowledge to enhance designs, but there are plenty of suitable templates for those who don't know how to do CSS.
The biggest benefit I've found is that it saves me time. Time on setup. Time to make things work together. Time to manage. Time to collate data and analytics.
Simplero's claim to fame is that it offers the full package when you make living selling workshops and informational products. Couple that with a great billing system, email lists, and solid automation and you have a recipe for success. At least in my book. I have been with Simplero for a couple of years and my only regret is that I tried to hang on to a cheaper alternative for so long. The customer is great and prompt.
The web builder is out of date and the integration to 3rd party websites could be more developed.
Take a closer look there is more under the hood than you might observe at first first glance.
When I didn't have Simplero I ran all the different functions in different systems and spreadsheets. It was a hot mess. Having Simplero as a partner is like having a service center at my disposal. It's where I go to take care of the back-end of my business and it gives me a feeling of ease.
I love that it replaces multiple products that small business owners need. It has an email newsletter, landing pages, membership site, sales pages, and website all in one place. The customer service at Simplero is awesome. They are always available 24/7 and they answer your questions quickly.
Honestly, nothing. I was a user of Simplero back in 2014 not long after they began. I only left because I closed my business. When I started my new business I went right back to them. And it was even better than before because they added in new features. I can't think of anything I don't like.
I was building my website on Wordpress, which I love, but I was having trouble with the theme and it was taking me months to finish my site. I moved it to Simplero along with the rest of my business and had my site finished in 3 days. And I got my first sale the next week. It also allowed me to cancel subscriptions to my email marketing, landing pages, website hosting, and online store saving me lots of money since this was an all-in-one solution.
The customer service is wonderful and the features of the software make running our business so much easier.
It doesn’t have some of the features we’d like, but we’ve found workarounds and made it work.

Lots of features are available. Like a website, we can just create a website with easy drag and drop. We can create the landing pages as we want.
Pricing is very high. As a personal use if you are using it for monthly plans your budget may be disturbed else the service is good and customer service is also good.
For personal use, I have just taken the plan and I have created some websites using this. Also usges 1 membershit site. This basic pack also includes unlimited Landing pages.
There are some super helpful support people who generally respond quickly when you submit a ticket. Sometimes the responses are overcomplicated as they present many options instead of answering the specific question asked.
Having everything in one place, however that also means some of the services are not as well developed.
The price has almost doubled since I first signed on.
When I have had issues with their service, it was very difficult to get resolution.
If your client replies to your email a very long relay address shows up, it's confusing to clients.
The CEO is very involved but also pretty disingenuous and pretentious.

If you can dream it, you can most likely do it. Between coupon codes, payment plans, gifting options, and more, it's pretty much endless. W
When I was deciding between staying with Simplero or moving to another platform for my own startup health coaching business, I found that Simplero's Starter Plan offered a lot less for way more money per month. No big deal, though– I found everything I needed within MailerLite for a fraction of Simplero's Starter plan. I feel Simplero is simply better suited for established business owners who need an all-in-one with a lot more features.
If you need an all-in-one platform with lots of flexibility and options to customize to your unique business's needs, Simplero could be the platform for you. I found the ability to get super granular with customizing invoices/pricing, etc., especially beneficial when using Simplero for a client's hybrid business (in-person & remote).
