Solution with ready to deploy banking best practises

PROS: To attract and retain customers, they must provide new and more innovative ways to interact with financial services, from online banking and mobile apps, to contact centers, to a more modern in-branch experience. Anytime access to resources and flexible work options are critical for attracting and engaging the most skilled staff. As markets evolve and emerge, they need the agility to grow, shift markets, outsource, acquire and divest rapidly, with continuous innovation to stay at the leading edge of global competition.

What do you like best about simplecrm.com?

Simplecrm is a good enough solution for small and medium business. I found simple to use a very complete for the price. The included features are most than enough for a sales operation.

What do you dislike about simplecrm.com?

I found the support average, you need to be very specific, or they don't give you the right answer.

What problems is simplecrm.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fast forward for marketing purpose. The solution is very easy to use and the user can grow faster than other crm on the regular day. Today we need a solution with a small learning curve.

What do you like best about simplecrm.com?

Had once switched from Pipedrive (which is also a 'simple' pipeline based CRM to Simple CRM. The transition was smooth and hassle free. What I like best about the tool is its user-friendly interface, which makes navigating the software seamless. The pricing is also straightforward.

What do you dislike about simplecrm.com?

The app does not have many integrations and you might need to use Zapier to get some of your tasks done. This can be a deal breaker for many. If you are switching from something more sophisticated or have complex requirements, this can be a downgrade.

What problems is simplecrm.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not using SimpleCRM at the moment but it serves well as a CRM with much competitive prices (compared to the likes of Hubspot and Salesforce). So, as a startup, it had been beneficial. The reporting function was also very robust!
