PROS: Great, easy to use tool that helped us uncover our ideal product market fit, and find new clients that we did not know were out there.
CONS: Nothing really - they were pretty responsive, and when we had bugs or the data looked to not be 100% accurate, they actually took the time to work on improving the data.

- It doesn't provide the full picture of all technologies at times, such as shopping cart, and doesn't always show what Content Management System a eComm site may be using.
- provides better info around what programming languages a site is built around versus all of the eCom tools used in the site.

It's a good tool for collecting lead information. I can find tools that the prospect uses, with just one click. You don't need a lot of information to register.
Only in English the tool. A negative point is that it often does not capture all the necessary information on the lead's website, while other platforms do.......
