I've used several web tools for handling broken links and other issues on websites and Silktide has probably the best interface I've come across. It's easy to use and intuitive, and we've always had very fast support when needed!

Sometimes I get missing image links that in fact work, but this is minor and not that common.

We have hundreds of pages to test as well as hundreds of PDFs. Silktide has been wonderful in helping us diagnose and fix issues with their site scanning.

I love the wide array of features that Silktide offers and the really easy-to-use interface. One of the features that is really helpful is the Academy courses. This allows us to require training of our Content Editors, especially accessibility. It measures with built-in quizzes as well as provides reporting as to who has completed the courses. Another feature that is really nice is the real-time desktop and mobile renditions that show issues. AI is a great feature, too, that provides technical solutions to accessibility and other issues. Additionally, we have real-time analytics, CMS integration, and very handy heatmaps. Overall, this program is comprehensive with a dashboard that is user-centric. Their chat feature offers personal support that answers specific questions.

BC it offers so many layers of features, getting to know how to best use Silktide can take a little time. However, there are plenty of resources to help with this.

QA, Accessibilty, and analytics are all features we use with Silktide. It is helping to make our website performance much higher and user-experience much better. Great Interface and Report Generation.

The video academy has continued to grow - providing an excellent way to learn and keep up to date with WCAG. The free browser extension is also a great resource for checking pages quickly and emulating diverse needs. A great addition to the Silktide UI has been the 'Test a single webpage' function. This allows us to have the full Silktide experience on any web page without crawling the whole, or part of the site.

Sometimes Silktide will crawl at folder level i.e. /. This provides a false reading. However, it is possible to add this yourself as a rule to not include in the results.

Our focus currently is on accessibility. Since we have been monitoring our sites with Silktide, our WCAG accessibility has increased. When completing our accessibility statement, Silktide made it easy to find and therefore list any known issues together with our plan to resolve them. We re-crawl our main website every five days. This allows us to quickly keep on top of any problems should they slip through.

We have been using SilkTide for around 4 months now and it has proved immensely worthwhile for our organisation in improving not only our websites accessibility but also content check such as spelling, grammor, links etc. The document scanning feature is also extremely useful and the cookie-less analytics we find much easier to use than Google. Overall, the SilkTide platform has become an essential part of my job to ensure our website is healthy.

It is easy to implement, has great customer support (very speedy responses) and I use it almost daily.

The is little to really dislike about SilkTide, some of the checks do need manual input but that is to be expected as you cannot expect the AI to resolve it all for you.

Great speed, usability, and easy to prioritize issues to fix.

You can get lost going deep into one area.

As someone who's never used Silktide before it's a great product and so easy to use.

The automated checks are a game changer and have helped with the organisation's website which is in a period of transition with many changes happening all at once. Building reports that are sent out weekly has helped our relatively small team keep track of our content whilst being proactive with our changes by briefing in our developers to make implementations that fall outside of our expertise.

The visual Analytics that it provides our company with everyday. Specifically scroll and click maps for each page.

Navigation tends to be difficult, especially when trying to find certain pages.
