There is not just one aspect of the program which stands out, as we primarily use it for locating vehicles and making sure snow, plowing, trash and recycling routes are completed. One of my favorite parts is the customer support if we have a question about how to use the program.

Not having enough time to attend webinars or use the many features available. Because of our current workload, we use the vehicle location feature the most. I am not well-versed in the program, so I cannot tell you what needs improvement.

We no longer have to rely on two-way radios or cell phones to know the exact location of our vehicles. It also helps with fuel as we can monitor if a vehicle is idling or moving

Very accurate, I like all the options you have to choose from in each section.

I want to be able to try a new node for 30 days to see if I like it enough to purchase. Not be told I have to pay for it; if I don't want it, I still have to pay for the rest of my contract. The sensitivity on the forward camera when it says forward collision warning is way too sensitive.

Better camera view and the ability to switch from inside to outside id great.

How easy it is to track the trucks and keep all their information.

The Intellishift platform is extremely easy to use. Whenever I call for help, they are prompt, professional, and courteous. I enjoy working with Matt Greiner specifically. He is always eager to help and a pleasure to speak with.

I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Intellishift.

Intellishift gives us access to real-time fleet status and video footage via the dashcam system. They also help us maintain scrupulous records of each vehicle in our fleet.

IntelliShift makes it easy to manage all company vehicles. From installation to organizing the vehicles on the app, it's simple, easy and always reliable. They bring the installation to our job site so we don't have to change our work schedule. Very accommodating!

We have not experienced any downside to IntelliShift. Just the opposite, we added more vehicles. We have had no complaints and have been using InstelliShift for a few years.

It is very hard to come up with something I dislike about the product and service. Overall Intellishift has been a great partner. I do like that they are always looking for ways to improve.
