SAP is making my work life easier!

Silent Auction Pro is easy to use and has great customer service, someone always answers your call and knows the system better than you to give immediate direction.

We needed to go online this year, so first time with that capability. We need more info on the online page, like item number, group number and better photo quality. Some people said they did not understand the "Bid for Me" option, so maybe more details in that area.

You can not have an auction with high quantity items without a program to help manage, we did in excel years ago and this is so much easier! The online version allowed us to still have our event, just on a smaller scale. It was more fun than I had imagined.

Our profits have grown so much since using this product! The features are great and so is the help! Becca is always willing to help. Our school loves the auction features.

The seating chart was a little hard to use, but I think it was just user error on my part.

This makes the silent auction and checkout system a breeze!

Their support service is fantastic! There are lots of bells and whistle you get with this aoftware that other platforms don't offee.

It was hard to get a clear understanding of all the ways you can use the software to market our event..

One of the unique benefits has to do with recognizing sponsors in the auction catalog. It is excellent.

I have enjoyed working with the team at Silent Auction Pro. No matter the time or day, they were always there for us. While they provide great tutorials online, they are always willing to walk you through all the features of the software and help you have the most successful event. They truly want to see your organization have the best results.

I do wish there were more analysis reports!

We had a fabulous event because of the support of the Silent Auction Pro team, and the software. I would have to call them periodically if I wasn't able to figure something out and they were always willing and available to help. The staff was always able to walk me through every step.

We had the best experience with Silent Auction Pro. Due to the pandemic we were forced to move our entire event to a virtual platform and that included our Foundation Auction. There was much concern over how this would work and if we could still be successful but the SAP team was there to support us every step of the way! 

We had looked at another company initially but when they did not answer the phone, it took them over 3 hours to call me back and I found out there was only one person on staff I knew we needed to look elsewhere. Silent Auction Pro took a very different approach, always answered my calls and was there for whatever I needed both day and night. Their assistance both before, during and after our event was top notch and crucial since a virtual auction was new to our entire team. I can't wait to work with them again for our future events!

There are literally no downsides to using this company!

Silent Auction Pro helped us convert our in-person auction to a virtual auction due to the pandemic. Most of our attendees are not very tech savvy but SAP made the whole process very simple and user friendly.

I’ve used a few different software programs in that time, but Silent Auction Pro IS THE BEST. Not just for its ease of use – in that everything you need is within the software, but because of the customer service they provide before, during and after the event. Their team of support, from the initial training, to processing the winning bids, to the follow-up was phenomenal. I have never encountered a team so upbeat, so supportive, so understanding and so knowledgeable in my entire career. If you are looking for a platform on which to manage your silent or live auction – onsite or virtual – look no further. I highly recommend Silent Auction Pro as the perfect, low-cost, high quality software platform for any size auction.

This is a great product! There is NOTHING to dislike!

Easy donor identification. Ease of use for my bidders - that was a great +. Easy reporting. Automatic certificate creation. Ease of transaction processing.

There are so many different functions that the software has to communicate to buyers and donors.

There is so much you can do with the software that it was a bit overwhelming, but the customer service is great and can help with everything.

Our event was cancelled, so Silent Auction Pro was the only option we had for a fundraiser. It can really help us get the word out.

We again chose Silent Auction Pro because of their affordability and their customer support. Why pay thousands of dollars needlessly for software? The learning curve for the admin side can be challenging at first, but their tutorials and their support team respond within hours, if not minutes, when you need help.

It's so much easier having the online auction vs. paper bid sheets! The reports and analytics of ROI are of great benefit, too.
