What do you like best about Siit?
I have been using SIIT for a while now, and it has significantly improved my daily work experience. This software is incredibly simple to use and extremely useful. The AI works exceptionally well and is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about Siit?
Recommendations to others considering Siit?
With SIIT, I no longer have to wait for days to get a response from HR, nor do I need to bother them with every little question. The tools are well-connected, and I can conveniently use it through Slack or Teams.

What do you like best about Siit?
It has transformed the way I seek support within the company, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Instead of going through the traditional ticketing system for IT or HR support, the implementation of conversational support directly in Slack is a game-changer. It feels incredibly personal, and the speed at which I can get assistance is impressive. I love not to have to navigate through another tool and the visibility into the resolution ensuring that I'm always in the loop regarding the status of my requests.
What do you dislike about Siit?
Expanding its compatibility to additional departments or AI, connected to other tools like with Confluence, would provide even more flexibility in accessing support and information.

Slack to replace Halp Migrated from Halp to Siit
What do you like best about Siit?
We used Halp for years before Atlasian has acquired it. Since then I was looking for a good alternative, we found it with Siit. The Slack intégration is so powerful and the AI bot is very cool. I will recommand it to any company who is looking to automate its ticketing system in Slack

What do you like best about Siit?
As the CTO at Topo, what impresses me the most about Siit is its ability to centralize and streamline the handling of employee requests. The platform's intuitive interface allows for easy management of IT inquiries, which previously inundated me via Slack, distracting from my core responsibilities. Now, requests are neatly organized, prioritized, and can be addressed systematically, which has markedly boosted my productivity and allowed me to focus on strategic initiatives. The clarity and convenience Siit provides have become indispensable for daily operations.
What do you dislike about Siit?
The only hiccup I've encountered with Siit is not so much a flaw in the platform, but rather a challenge on our end—finding the time to extend its benefits across other departments at Topo. Siit has been a game-changer for IT request management, and I am eager to see it applied to other areas like HR and operations. The platform has the potential to streamline workflows company-wide, and the only regret is not having implemented it more broadly yet.

What do you like best about Siit?
In the past, dealing with tickets was a cumbersome process with Jira, but Siit has revolutionized the way we submit requests. The integration with Slack is a game-changer. Now, I can submit any request directly within Slack, making the entire process seamless and user-friendly. Sales Ops has truly listened to our needs and concerns, creating a system that simplifies our internal processes, making our lives as sales significantly easier.
What do you dislike about Siit?
While Siit has streamlined our request process significantly, the speed of resolution could be improved especially when escalated to admins. Although the AI is incredibly helpful, certain complex issues still require manual intervention, which can cause a slight delay in response times.
