I like that you can connect your contact list to Signeasy for easy submissions. The dashboard is nicely laid out as well.

Thanks to Signeasy, the signing processes are fast, easy (for both the user and the signer) and pleasant. Thanks to Signeasy, the process is equally easy, no matter how many documents or signers are. It's also easy to keep track of the signing process and the documents' order. And best of all: it allows you to change the signers' email without voiding the process.
Two things that could be better:
1) when you have to go back from adding fields, the message for signers disappears so you have to write it again; and,
2) when you add another document is hard to know which is the new one
Signeasy saves us: 1) all the time that it would take to coordinate a meeting with all the signers or to receive a signed copy from each of them; and 2) the need of having to print and archive the signed documents (which is excellent both for the office and for the environment)
We are a remote-first company with multiple entities and so SignEasy has turned out to be a blessing in disguise. From struggling to sign and complete documentation to today getting it done easy, SignEasy has changed the way things happen at our company.

We are in a digital, electronic world. Most people do not want to, or simply cannot, print manual forms anymore to fill out and return. Filling out forms electronically and just clicking a button to send information to the people who need it to fullfill customer needs, especially when it's information needed before they are able to close on the purchase or sale of a home, makes it so much more convenient in our already hectic world.
It saves the customers time and effort, which in turn gets the service provider the information they need to do the job quicker! Its a win-win for everyone!
Since ALL boxes must be filled in before a customer is allowed to proceed with with filling out a form is a small inconvenience. There are lots of areas that will be non-applicable to customer, and if they dont think to type N/A, the software wont let them complete and send the form.
I believe if they were able to leave the form blank if its non applicable, they should be allowed to leave it blank and move on.

Sending documents for signature is simple and super easy! I have sent 50 documents for signature, and my clients have not had any issues completing the required tasks.
An excellent feature enhancement would be to allow me to add text to a document as I am adding fields, such as prefilling a form with client info and allowing them to edit it.
Signeasy allows me to request signatures and gain approval on documents from multiple recipients as well as gather needed information to keep my business moving.
