Todome gusta, solo propondría mejoras que optimicen aún más la operativa del sistema, pero nada relevante.

Yo me dedico al sector comercial y mando muchos presupuestos de forma diaria. Me ahorra mucho tiempo y, además, me da información de la visualización del documento, apertura, recordatorios, etc.

Before working with Signaturit, we signed contracts on paper. This fact involved a considerable investment of time and a waste of paper.

It is quite simple to use.

Also the analytics are good, since you can keep track of the status for all the contracts you have emailed to your customers or employees

Just a couple of times, when the contract was too long (too many pages) I was not able to send it. To solve the problem I have to change the format of the document so the system will allow me to send it. But it was not an issue of signaturit, the contract was just too long

Signaturit es una herramienta muy sencilla de implementar y de usar por parte de cualquier empresa. Digitaliza de manera rápida todos los procesos de firma, tanto de trabajadores como con terceras personas. Mejora tanto la eficiencia del proceso de firma como el ratio de cierre de acuerdos. Además, ofrece el "audit report" de la firma, con validez legal y que aporta seguridad en el proceso de firma.

El número de campos editables es algo limitado. Además, el tamaño y la fuente de la letra no se puede modificar, haciendo que en ocasiones los campos rellenados por las partes no tengan el mejor acabado dependiendo de como se haya configurado el campo antes del envío.

Con Signaturit hemos solucionado todo el proceso de contratación con clientes, digitalizando completamente este proceso. Esto nos permitió seguir con nuestra labor comercial durante la pandemia y agiliza el proceso de cierre de acuerdos.

Life in a hospital is fast paced and you never know what’s going to happen next. Signaturit allows me to effortlessly send out medical records and consent forms to patients, all the while making sure signatures are real using the different authentication features.

At our hospital, we are all using tablets now. I found the platform a little hard to use on the tablet, so I prefer to prepare documents on my computer. This can slow things down for me because I rarely find myself sat down at my desk throughout the day.
