What do you like best about SightX?
Always reliable data, quick to collect responses, one of the best features is disqualifications option which gets you answers only from the target audience you'd looking to test + geotargeting and the fast turn-around.
What do you dislike about SightX?
Customer support is at 5 stars! Always reachable and helpful - never had an issue.
Recommendations to others considering SightX?
All great feedback - would love to have refreshers in a live session format to see what functionality is there that we are not utilizing.

What do you like best about SightX?
The platform is powerful, intuitive, and user-friendly—ideal for quick-turnaround projects. It's easy to integrate their analysis and outputs into our reports.
What do you dislike about SightX?
Their team shows a commitment to improvement - they're always releasing new features and listening to user suggestions.

A special shoutout to Peter and Steven, who have both been incredibly helpful throughout our partnership. Peter is a go-to for tech support and brainstorming. Steven is quick to provide quotes and transparent with pricing. Their support makes a real difference.

Sometimes it lacks the more complex programming needs we require for certain projects, but they've continued to improve this over the years.

SightX is an ever-evolving tool with great features
What do you like best about SightX?
The flexibility and control I have to build, DISTRIBUTE, and analyze data in one platform is incredible! The different question types have enriched my ability to collect insights and the reporting features and new template have allowed me to save countless hours on projects, which makes my market research pricing more competitive for clients.
What do you dislike about SightX?
Ada is a good start, but the tool is very glitchy. It crashes SightX often. Even when I have the question analysis tool open, she often cannot read the page and her outputs are not useful. Sometimes I use her functions but more often than not I abandon them and ask my question in ChatGPT instead.
What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the addition of a second user license, I'm able to build surveys with a partner and make quick revisions rather than build everything from scratch. By looping her in, I've significantly cut down on the number of team mates using external (and worse quality) survey tools.

Great tool and top-notch service
What do you like best about SightX?
SightX platform can go head to head with any of the other DIY tools. Easy to use. Need help, they back it up with great customer service. They are constantly improving their offering and happy to get feedback. Would definitely recommend.
What do you dislike about SightX?
Can't really say there is a dislike. They have a module coming up with the platform that will really up their game. I imagine I am like many, would like it yesterday.
What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a cost affordable DIY survey option. I had grown disenchanted with a couple of the other products in the category and needed a fresh option. Programming is straightforward. Account team is very helpful and always willing to review.

Fantastic Customer Service using the Platform and Panel
What do you like best about SightX?
I really appreciate the customer service, especialy how attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and speedy they were in solving my issues and answering any questions. The platform is also filled with features that are great to work with when using several methodologies such as Conjoint Analysis, MaxDiff, Concept Testing, etc. They also provide templates that give great general direction and their programming logic capabilities are more advanced than what SurveyMonkey provides. I appreciate their analysis UI and the several ways I can parse through the survey data via crosstabs, individual responses, excel output, and more. It is all easy to use and accessible to implement.
What do you dislike about SightX?
There are a few software limitations, especially when it comes to programming surveys with specific, complex logic around respondent count and quotas. I am hoping that their future product roadmap may include solutions/features that will ameliorate this.
What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running custom, proprietary studies using external panels. Conducting surveys with advanced programming logic. Streamlining analyzing custom studies via their response platform.

Great DIY Platform!
What do you like best about SightX?
Overall, the platform is super easy to use, and has a lot to offer. It has better visualizations and programming capabilities compared to other DIY platforms. The client service team is also super helpful; they're always available to quickly help you out or provide a second set of eyes on something, and are open to building out capabilities to serve your specific needs (i.e. programming a segmentation algorithm.) Not to mention, everyone I've crossed paths with so far seems to just be a genuinely nice person, which goes a long way.
What do you dislike about SightX?
There are a few minor limitations as far as programming goes, and there doesn't yet seem to be much incorporation of some of the system 1/BSci principles. However, I definitely acknowledge that those are likely more challenging to build into an automated system, so it's not that surprising of a gap, and I think it would be an opportunity for SightX to further develop ahead of the competition, but isn't currently a gap TO the competition.
What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significant cost savings vs. full service options, and the ability to turn around urgent projects super fast - I literally just ran a project overnight to answer a high visibility product concern.

Powerful tools for a great price
What do you like best about SightX?
The array of insights we can leverage from the platform has been a gamechanger for our business. This platform has leveled our Marketing and Cateogry Insightis team up tremendously since switching to SightX. We have also been given a great supporting team from SightX that has made our onboarding smooth and effecient.
What do you dislike about SightX?
Nothing at the moment. Everything has gone to plan.

Amazingly Adaptable and Trustworthy Data
What do you like best about SightX?
The SightX platform is extremely adaptable and creative. I've used one her survey services before and none have matched the insights and analytical data provided through SightX. The other piece I find helpful is how you're able to have flexibility in performing data research on your own with built-in trust from a data hygiene perspective. Lastly the customer success management engangement SightX provides is top level.
What do you dislike about SightX?
Nothing I can consider a major deficiency

Great all-in-one research platform
What do you like best about SightX?
The ability to manage all of our use cases in one platform just makes things so much more efficient for both our time and budget. Very ease to use and integrate into our workflow.
What do you dislike about SightX?
Being able to have more qualitative research capabilities would be a great addition.
What problems is SightX solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our need for an easier and faster way to do things across our varied research use cases, especially since we can also collaborate in the platform. Even our team members with much less experience can run, maange, and analyze all sorts of projects. We can make decisions faster and do a lot more with less.
