It is easy to use and our team adopted easily to communicate with teammates. This is critical as our company works virtually/remote.

We find it easier to implement and use versus other "teams" applications

I'd love to know more about how to integrate with other systems that we use to make it a source for connection and reduce redundancy

I can easily see who is on a team - super helpful as we don't publish an org chart. I also like being able to see where teammates are located to interact at appropriate times for us all.

Sift allows users to quickly and easily find whoever they're looking for including superiors and subordinates for anybody in the company. When you find that person, you're able to pull up relevant personal details and contact information. I end up using it every day, every time I meet somebody new in the organization.

The only thing I feel like Sift is missing is additional media query breakdowns for greater visibilty on different screen sizes.

Sift allows me to understand my organization better and familiarize myself with colleagues and their contact info easier.

That you can find other people that have the same hobbies in common.

I don't dislike anything on Sift. I like everything about it.

N/A so far everything about SIFT is good and useful to me.

I have not used Sift for any problem solving as of yet.

My favorite part about Sift is that you can easily see where your fellow team members sit. You just go to their profile and you can click "Where I Sit" and you can find anyone in your company. This makes delivery mail super easy!

The one thing I think would make Sift better is if it had a chat function. It would be nice to go to someones profile and be able to start a chat with them right through Sift.

There isn't anything I dislike about Sift but I do think a chat function would make Sift even better!

Sift helps me find where team members sit and that really helps when delivery mail throughout the office.

Sift also shows how long someone has been with the company and also the subteam that each person is part of. This is super helpful when trying to get in touch with someone on a specific team.

I love that I can search peoples interests, skills, hobbies, etc. and make friends! I have made several friends this way as well has having questions answered. Other competitors I've experienced aren't as organized or have as many options as Sift does.

I like the org chart, but I feel like there could be a better way to view it. For me when it comes up there is a lot of people that come up, but that could also just be a me problem!

Sift helps me find people to answer questions that I might not know the answers to just by using keywords like "excel", or "Ginnie Mae" for example. It has also helped me reach out to people when I am thinking about applying for a different job. It also helps me call people by the correct pronouns which I love!

What I like most about "SIFT" are all the details that a person is able t notate to their profile. This is very helpful when reviewing your work / educational history

There's no downside to 'Sift" to me. I feel like a lot of company's could really benefit by having "Sift' avaialbe for their employees and etc.

Knowing the various roles and rankings of those in the company that I work for and just reviewing my work history here at the company I am working a=for.

It's great to be able to gather context by getting visibility into an organization and the reporting structure.

Everything. It's easy to use, informative and makes a large company seem more intimate and accessable.

Honestly nothing. Would be fun to add some more features about yourself but that's all I can come up with!

When I'm in a meeting and don't know who someone is, I instantly go to SIFT to see what team they're on, what business they support and how long they've been at the company. It truly makes our company feel small in a big ocean.

I love sift, it is a great way to learn about what my co-workers do. I use it often to see who works at my company and any contact information that I need. Such as where someone's desk is at. I like being able to easily find who works at the company, and finding contact information. I use sift pretty often to find where someone sits.

I wish there was a way to connect with my co-workers directly through sift.
