Most helpful is the ability to connect my email and schedule and allow sidekick to do the rest!
There only issue I ever have are the slight bugs that occur throughout the development process but I know with widespread use and sidekicks prompt response, the sky is the limit.

With Google being a popular solution for businesses, it was difficult to find an affordable scheduler that would integrate with Microsoft Calendar AND Teams. I was absolutely delighted to discover that Sidekick not only did this, but it was completely free and offered so much more in terms of features! I like all the options that it gives to schedule a call including - client call me or I call the client, great if unanswered calls are common in your line of work! Haven't used the AI features, but will be interested to see how they develop. Great tool for businesses!
Haven't found any dislikes yet. I am on the free plan, which understandably has the Sidekick branding, but at only $5 per month to upgrade, it is definitely not a deal breaker!! It would be great if, in the future, they added integrations with CRM / Marketing automation software.
What I wanted was an affordable scheduler that can link with my Microsoft 365 and it does this so this is the main solution that it is solving for my business. If I had not found it, I would probably be using the scheduler in my client portal software that does not link with MS Teams and so would have to set up the meeting manually. Sidekick helps save me time and money!
It has made keeping track of my schedule much easier. The ease of use is refreshing, and my productivity has increased as well! This is really useful, I'd recommend this to a friend

The fact that I can automatically book a meeting by forwarding an email is just wonderful, to say the least โ it really does feel like you have your own "Sidekick" to help manage all those meetings filling up your calendar!

I would appreciate more integration options
As you can to schedule meetings with B2B decision makers who are typically very busy and don't necessarily have time to go back-and-forth checking their calendar
All my apps are in one place which allows for easy context switching. This allows me to work at lightening speed.
When switching between tabs and apps, the input box loses focus which requires me to click to focus the input again.
Ideally, when switching context, the input focus should remain if previously focused.
The main problem being solved is productivity. Losing focus when working really disrupts the flow of the user. With sidekick I found that all my information and app are in once place and it improves my speed and accuracy of work.
The thing that I like most about Sidekick AI is that it is completely automated. I no longer have to spend hours on end trying to manually schedule appointments or meetings. All I have to do is set up my availability and preferences, and Sidekick AI does the rest.
So far, I have not encountered any major dislikes about Sidekick AI. I think the team is doing a wonderful job!

It makes scheduling meetings so much easier and quicker. The fact that I don't need to physically schedule any meetings I'm my calendar makes a huge difference
The way it syncs to Google Calendar can sometimes be laggy. It'd also be nice if deleting the event in G-Calendar would also cancel the Sidekick email event notifications.
Sidekick provides a custom scheduling link which makes scheduling appointments so much easier. I just copy and paste it to my meeting attendees, and they select a time that works for them (like Calendly, but way better and more customizable and robust)

I've used quite a few scheduling platforms; Sidekick AI is the only one that offers flexibility around team calendar syncing, blocking off days/times, and factoring in buffer times between meetings.
While I wouldn't change any of Sidekick's core functionality, having an expanded analytics section regarding stats around common meeting days/times might be nice.
As someone in sales, scheduling a meeting over email can take a lot of time. This not only delays business conversations but can add strain to the relationship between us and our customers. Having a scheduling platform that doesn't have the shortfalls of many big players in the space is a huge value add.
