The usability of the system - we find it really easy to be able to set up new video interview templates and send out the invitations in bulk. Also hiring managers really love video interviewing technology - they appreciate being able to see the candidates prior to face to face interview or assessment centre.
We also found as a recruitment partner, that it helps us get hiring managers involved in the recruitment process, and if they’re buying into the pre-screening or shortlisting process for the assessment centre they're naturally happier with the level of candidates that come through.

From a quality point of view when we analyse online application form performance through to first round interviews, that video interviews have been a really strong predictor of how a candidate will perform at assessment centre. We now weight that particular part of the recruitment process more heavily.
It’s also given us a lot more flexibility and saved us an awful lot of time. I actually did a piece of work looking at one of our largest graduate clients and it’s saved us over 500 hours of resource within our business (when compared to telephone interviews) - so that’s a massive impact.
