Every time I acquire a new client and they use Worksuite as their freelancer management platform, I'm always so glad. It's so easy to set up, keep track of briefs, and chat quickly about changes if needed in the messages area. All communications are in one place. Super easy to onboard to and sign paperwork before starting work. Once done, submitting the work and getting paid is fast. My favorite features are the workflow transparency and the invoicing.

I wish there was a way to toggle between all of my accounts versus bookmarking the various dashboards.

I love the easy to follow workflow. It keeps me from keeping track of many email threads and notes on briefs, helping me deliver the best work. Getting paid fast is a big hurdle in the freelance world and Worksuite makes it so easy to get paid.

We can curate the paid, approved, and unapproved payments on the Worksuite. It is user friendly and easy to navigate the payments.

There is nothing I dislike about Worksuite.

This a very helpful tool for our business for the last 3 years. My user experience has been so great. The tool is very intuitive, simple and straightforward. We have been able to track payments from our customers/clients. I have been able to approve employees leave applications once the apply. Invoices can be easily converted into PDF format.

I like the automation of the workflow. We use it to onboard writers and with the help of WorkSuite, we have managed to reduce the time it takes to onboard candidates and freelancers by up to 70%.

It did take a little while to work out how the worklflows work and it sometimes is not as clear when someone clicks one button, what the next stage is. I am an expert now but it took a lot of time and practice to get there. The team are supportive though and can help teach me or do the updates if I struggle.

As mentioned before, it is helping massively with our onboarding processes and keeping our freelancers details and skillsets, which makes searching for the right people a lot easier.
