In general, not a lot stuff here, as i think that the problems that i encountered were more closely related to the messenger application itself, than to POP . So i would say that the things which i don't like are counted to a very minimum number .

Running of the chat marketing campaign is much easier using this product . This gives advantage to enlarge the audience in a very interesting, modern way . The fact that you can manage multiple Facebook bots, helps for better time utilization .
As we are trying to promote our page to the tourists, in order for them to be more involved in the whole thing, the bot helps a lot in the conversation and sharing the initial information about the village and the surrounding area to the page visitors . Having it around makes the job much easier than before.

The data collection feature combined with the Zapier integration makes it really easy to collect data and send it to Gmail and sheets. Customer support also helped me set up some nifty segments as well which was helpful.
Honestly I only use the click to messenger ads through FB for lead gen and then convert/collect data using Pop, but would like to try out some of the other tools as well.
Definitely implement the Zapier integration to move all the valuable data you have in Pop over to other apps.
Compared to standard ads, the click to messenger ads have been converting 4x higher and collecting data has never been so easy.
Well organised dashboard, clear and beautiful design. Some really cool features like comment to messenger. Also really like the messenger ads integration and how flexible the editor is you use to make flows. Zapier integrations let's us share data across the rest of our marketing stack, perfect for automations. 1:1 support is also very well organised, with the customer service reps being very helpful in planning campaigns and strategies.
Mostly some small stuff that usually ends up being a problem on messenger's side. Customer support quickly fixes most issues we ran into so far.

We're generating a lot of high quality new leads for our business, and our newsletter list has exploded since we started using POP. It's great to be able to engage with our audience in a new way and to manage customer support straight from the POP inbox. Chat marketing campaigns are quickly set up, and it's great to experiment with new stuff like setting up comment to messenger on a Facebook live stream.
The interface and dashboard are very easy to understand, not as overwhelming as other tools we’ve tried. We use POP to automate a few steps to gather data in messenger and connect it to Facebook ads for Instagram. It basically delivers leads on autopilot.
POP’s Inbox is a powerful tool, but we would like to see a more direct relation between campaigns we run and the audience for this campaign in the Inbox. There are workarounds if you segment your audience carefully, but a direct link between a flow and an audience segment would be great!

The design of POP’s interface leads to a very frictionless and intuitive user experience. It’s incredibly easy to keep sight of your campaigns, statistics, and your audience. We use it to get more leads and open up direct conversations with people. POP support team is also top-notch.
We were missing integrations with third-party apps like our CRM, but POP’s new integration with Zapier seems to have solved that issue. Direct integrations would be a nice addition though.
The best part of using POP is that we connect it to our Facebook Ads for lead generation, so we’re basically generating leads on autopilot. Slowly growing our list of leads and collecting data like email addresses and names means our sales team is never left with empty hands. These leads can be serviced in the POP Inbox directly, which is somewhat more easy to manage than Messenger’s native inbox.
The simple and smart tools in POP make it easy to launch chat marketing campaigns fast. Especially when managing the campaigns for multiple brands, their multi-bot functionality works just perfect. Also, we're seeing great results with the conversational ads that lead into Messenger.
We had a small issue with the way new subscribers came in the inbox but I think this is already fixed. Also it would be nice to get insights from how individual campaigns perform in the statistics overview. Now we just use segments and track it from there.
For people who are looking at other vendors, have a look at the chat editor from pop. The simplicity they offer compared to other messaging tools is worth mentioning! Also, the overall UX is nice and user friendly.
We use POP in various ways. The most important part is managing chat marketing campaigns for multiple brands from one overview. We're building a lot of custom audiences for Facebook wich works really well. Especially with the Zapier integration we can automate this part of data collection. More recently, they added an inbox for Facebook Messenger. It's interesting that we can now filter conversations based on segments and other attributes to make nswering questions from people who join campaigns very efficient.
Setting up a campaign is easy and I like the Zapier integration. Our CPL decreased dramatically since we've added messenger to our Facebook ads.
Facebook messenger is an important customer care channel for us and with the incoming messenges of marketing campaigns it's hard to keep track of messages that you want te reply on.
They have a free trail so my recommendation would be just try it for yourself.

Their intuitive, easy design which gives a clear 'what you see is what you get' kind of interface. We used POP to turn our Facebook audience into leads. On top of this, the people begind POP are extremely helpful in answering all your questions.
Sometimes I made the mistake of not correcting the messenger bot with the Facebook Messenger ad. Although this is more Facebooks weird interface than POP's.
Thanks to POP we found a great way to activate our Facebook audience, get their email adresses, know who they are and provide value with them.

I am quite new to using chat platforms for our marketing, but setting up an account with POP went automatically through Facebook authorization and I could quickly create a bot based on some templates and start adding some content. I liked being able to safely preview the content I had just made in messenger to ensure everything I had done was done right.
It’s nice to be able to use the product without restrictions and for free below 100 subscribers. It feels like there are a lot of features to onboard clients to the bot and add media, our website and request personal details such as e-mail. Although I needed to get used to the app it felt really intuitive and easy to use. I like the clean look of the dashboard a lot.
I still need to get used to being dependent on Facebook messenger and being considerate about the privacy rules. Fortunately the platform seems to have built in a lot of reminders and features to help you out. It would be great if I can use it for Whatsapp, but I understood from the team this is in the making.
I was quite new to using tools like POP and chat marketing in general. Just reach out to POP, because they were very helpful taking away any concerns and gave some good tips for setting up a campaign.
I think this will be a great tool for us to reach our clients in a new way and create more interaction with them and turn those in better leads. We still do a lot through e-mail, phone, website and social media, but I am really keen to add chat platforms to that list.
