The ability to monitor and manage reviews that we receive from customers. Also, the ability to display these reviews on our site. ShopperApproved is easy to use and understand as well,a nd we rely on the reviews it generates year round. Our webhost's tech people were able to install the software easily.

We've run into very few technical difficulties here and there, but when we do, their customer support always provides a solution.

They walk you through the process from start to finish. Helping you respond to negative reviews and learing the ropes of the platform. I was pleasantly surprised to see built into the platform was a means of collection video reviews from customers. Another service subscription I was able to drop as a result and save money.

Our reasons for collecting reviews was to eventually have stars show up on our google product ads. I did not realized that company reviews are different that product reviews and those stars will not show up on google shopping product ads. Once educated, I upgraded the account to start collecting product reviews. Did lose some time in that process and I am hoping to have my stars appear now before the end of the 4th quarter to give my google ads a boost in conversions.

It is easy to set up and easy to integrate on your site. Simply make a couple of selections and they give you the cource code to copy and paste...they take care of everything else

We've been using Shopper Approved for years and it has always been an excellent and reliable service. It works as advertised and our customers like it. While this may seem counterintuitive, I particularly like that reviews cannot be removed or hidden. It makes me trust Shopper Approved reviews on other websites more than other "reviews" from dubious sources.

I wish followup emails were more customizable. Some customers are confused by the request for feedback.

Shopper Approved makes it easy for buyers to submitting useful ratings and reviews about a company they have patronized online. This is greatly supporting the trust level that customers have with our company and service. They can submit as much or as little information in a cascading process that's not at all overwhelming. My company has received over 13,000 ratings through this service to date.

I would appreciate more features around displaying reviews in additional ways on pages. The widget is fairly limited in customization and I would prefer to be able to have additional display tools and options.

We are also able to contact the customer directly through ShopperApproved when there is an issue. The customer's order number is also shown so we can cross reference this and look up additional information.

We are still fairly new to the platform, but Shopper Approved has been great with our onboarding and responsive to our account needs. The account and technical teams have been very responsive and helpful.

I believe SA is working on some additional reporting which I think will be helpfu.. I would like more visibility on the review requests being sent to our customers (e.g. see who is opening the emails, etc.)
