PROS: I was able to understand how to use Shopify POS without breaking a sweat because of its intuitive interface. At times when I did not understand how to execute an action on the platform, I only had to get in touch with the product's customer care team. Additionally, the hardware's accompaniments provide us with the whole spectrum of retail experience, from searching the inventory to customizing our receipts. CONS: It would be great if Shopify POS could be enhanced with additional tools for customer data gathering. This need came up when I needed to generate a pre-order via the web app. This meant that the customer had to input his credit card details in the e-store in person instead of simply swiping his card through the reader.

PROS: Our business set up an online shop with a well-known e-commerce platform. Apart from that though, we have been into selling our goods at fairs and markets during weekends. With Shopify POS, we can sell our stock with ease!

CONS: So far there is nothing to dislike about Shopify POS since we have not encountered any issue in the use of this software.

PROS: As a business that operates multiple pop-up shops, Shopify POS grants us the flexibility to make our daily processes faster. Whoever handles the event can download the app and login is fast. Also, connecting our square credit card reader is quicker than before.

CONS: The software is excellent and makes the initial operations fast. However, when it comes to completing sales, it takes a lot of processes. I wish they make it more straightforward.

CONS: While Shopify POS works great on the desktop, it tends to be confusing when used on the phone. I find it hard to master its features.
