Is a fast interface, easy to understand and helps with my orders alot. I can easily provide a refund, track a package, confirm client information and more.

At the moment I don't have any negative side for it. It has been an improvement totally.

Managing all order, transactions was a little annoying and with Shopify is easier and fast to help if there is any issue with the client. We are able to check status, track the package, confirm client information, process a label if needed, refunds and adjustments.

More comfortable for shopofy developers and in shopify plus they allowed most files to custom edits so it is beneficial for this profession or business

Nothing to dislike anything in this all discussed in other fields

We switched over from another platform and absolutely love the platform and how easy it is to use. It has a lot of great features

I really wish there was a way to add more customization without having to do a lot of apps or hire a developer.

One thing I feel overpriced is the 3rd party apps where a simple solution that can be done by shopify itself is sometimes outsourced and charged a hefty fee.

What I dislike about Shopify is the pricing for individual and start-up companies as $32 is a little bit much compared to other platforms (printify -Joomla shift4shop-and Woocommerce) free our less cost account will be a great start for individual businesses.

- Secondly not having the ability to merge between accounts/profiles is a big downside for using Shopify as sometimes customers make purchases using different emails. which makes it harder to keep track of their activities and provide them with the relevant details if needed.

Loading and refreshing time - When we are assisting the customer to complete a payment and a purchase while in live interaction, especially when we are using a third-party tool that is linked with Shopify, the loading and orders to be reflected on Shopify have gotten faster over time and since the last updates, and these help our company members maintain a high and smooth customer experience. Love the Improvement!

Shopify plus has a lot of integrated automatic optimisation which helps the users easier to upload products, images, seo etcetera. It optimises in such a way that we need not worry about if the file may slow down the site.

By the way, shopify plus gives almost limitless storage for product sku's and has a clean way of showcasing it.

Although Shopify plus has a marketing automation, it can be improvised better in comparison 3rd party marketing platforms like klaviyo where we can filter, segment and get a detailed reports of marketing.

Shopify plus actually fulfilles the requirements needed by any e-commerce merchants by providing services like frontend websit design, easy guides to process a purchase, payments etecetera. Meanwhile in the backend it is a beautiful ocean where the big data helps the business in longer run.

Shopify Plus has the best infrastructure to handle large order volumes with highgly performing websites.

Also, they are much easy to handle and doesn't require a high tech knowledge 👏👏

Since Shopify Plus use Third party app integrations, the pricing these app charges are too high in comparison with the Shopify Plans.

Shopify can itself develop and integrate some most required applications like rewards, store credits, social media marketing etc ...

We are an Online D2C beauty and cosmetic brand which handles 20,000+ orders per month and the storage, bandwidth & performance are too good that we need not worry about.

Also, the transaction fee is also very very lesser in par with basic Shopify Plans .
