IT personnel and the way they are always so helpful, no matter what time I call there is someone who is able to help.

What do you dislike about ShopController?

Set up, getting all the kinks worked out. Our industry is not typical so the set up had to be very customizable

Organization of Customer information, ability to set up auto emails/texts.
