Amazing customer support

First time using an online photo gallery & store and it makes life so much easier than trying to manually process orders. But, the real deal, we got in a mess with how the account was set up and the customer relationship team went above and beyond to sort us out. What do you like best about ShootProof?

I absolutely love the simplicity of the system that shoot proof provides, I have never felt stressed out trying to navigate the system and it is extremely user-friendly to fit my needs!

What do you dislike about ShootProof?

I can’t say there’s any thing I dislike about shoot proof, I have been using them for years and years and it’s been great

I highly recommend shoot proof as they help keep your business organized, help create sales in a clean easy to navigate way for both the administrator and for the client!

I love the way I can make it fit my brand, the easy way for my clients to also navigate to obtain their images and place orders and it looks so clean and fresh.

What do you like best about ShootProof?

My wife uses the site not only to store all her photos but market her website to all her clients

The cost can be a little high, but the product speaks for itself. You can edit how much storage you need and that helps the cost.

What problems is ShootProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows my wife to upload all her photos to storage. It also helps her with clients allowing them view and download their pictures.

I've been using Shootproof for years, and will continue using it.

What do you like best about ShootProof?

I love the easy interface, the customizable templates, and the overall look and professionalism of the galleries that I send to my clients. And they love it too!

What do you dislike about ShootProof?

Occasionally new features are added, but like with any software, they can be a little tricky to navigate when you are used to a certain layout on the backend. With some practice though, they become more familiar and more useful over time.

Compare prices and ease of use.

What problems is ShootProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm moving towards creating more online sales with linked up lab services, and am just dipping my toes into this arena. So far it looks like it will be a useful addition to my photography work.

Most effective gallery system out there.

What do you like best about ShootProof?

Shootproof offers a super clean layout making navigation simple - on the backend and the frontend for users.

My favourite part is having preset templates to use when creating a new client gallery. I use this per wedding creating a new custom code for downloads. Having the flexibility to offer so many different products makes this more than just a host for client galleries - direct sync with the labs means orders are efficient allowing more time in business management.

What problems is ShootProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

I would love more customisation on the frontend but this isn't a major dislike - there are so many other powerful advantages outweighing this.

Amazing system and service

I've had shootproof for a while and when I did my first photoshoot I was quite simply out of my depth with how to provide my customer with what she wanted to order. I upgraded to a paid account and found there is loads of information in the help sections but I had no time to take learning it all. I contacted Shootproof and Rayne has been amazing over the last few days, guiding me through everything and answering questions so promptly that I wasn't worried. Thank you Rayne and Shootproof. I'm on holiday next week and promise to read all of the help sections :-)

Shoot proof makes proofing with my clients easy

What do you like best about ShootProof?

I love the ease of uploading my images setting my own price sheet and being able to see when my client logs in to check their images. They also save their favorites which allows me to build albums and print packages easily.

What do you dislike about ShootProof?

Sometimes it’s difficult to organize the images in the gallery the way that I want but it’s a minor inconvenience and adjustable it just takes a little time.

Recommendations to others considering ShootProof?

I would recommend shootproof to other photographers. It’s a great tool for setting your prices and sharing with clients on a professional platform.

What problems is ShootProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Covid it’s been harder to proof in person with my clients so using shoot proof I can upload their gallery, they can preview their images, and we can do a phone consult. Overall it’s better my processes and increased my sales.

ShootProof more than “just” galleries

I use ShootProof for more than “just” gallery hosting of my photos. From invoicing to emails and archiving of wedding galleries, shootproof is an amazing resource for my business.

Galleries are easy to create, the user Interface is user friendly to make invoices, and credit card processing is now a joy.
