PROS: I like the idea that someone helps me scan and file my receipt s accordingly. They categorize it well, so it would be easier to find them inside the platform.

CONS: They could add another category for Schedule C tax so I could easily declare my profits or losses from this year onwards.

PROS: It's very convenient to send receipts via mail and have someone upload it in your account database. Using Shoeboxed changed my life by helping me organize my work documents.

CONS: I think that the product is perfectly designed to collect data. No complaints and issues so far, so I'm all good with Shoeboxed.

PROS: I don’t need to keep all my receipts, bills, and statements in different file folders anymore. I am not good at organizing ever since, and keeping track of all these papers causes me to feel stressed out. There are even instances where I lose and throw them out accidentally. Shoeboxed saved my life because all I need to do it send pictures of my receipts using my cellphone, and they’ll sort, organize and save it in the platform.

CONS: I used to encounter system issues when I was using my iPhone to take and send photos. But things seem to be okay now, so I’ve got nothing to complain about.

PROS: I spend most of my time working outside of the office meeting clients and doing fieldwork. Shoeboxed made it more convenient to collect and send in my receipts for the fast processing of my reimbursement.

CONS: I always have to remind myself to change the settings before taking photos of the receipts. This is for the images to be sorted out effectively and go straight to their respective file folder.

PROS: We often misplace receipts and documents because we don't have time to organize them one by one. Using Shoeboxed gives us the convenience to mail all of our documents into one location and arrange it for us. We need to search for copies in our central database whenever there's a need for these things. Very easy and hassle-free indeed.

CONS: They cannot organize the documents on the same day. It would help if you were extra patient because it took days to finish uploading everything into the platform.

PROS: End to end solution - virtually no workload on the user end

CONS: There is an inherit delay for paper to be delivered via snail mail but there are instant upload alternatives
