What do you like best about Shipway?

It has a host of features such as real-time tracking, customer reviews, etc. In addition, it allows converting customers even when they are tracking their orders.

What do you dislike about Shipway?

Haven`t come across anything that I dislike about the app yet. On the contrary, it is pretty much everything I was looking for, if not more.

What problems is Shipway solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shipway helps automate answering our customer queries as they can track their orders at any time. As a result, it saves us a ton of time.

What do you like best about Shipway?

It creates a branded tracking page with the brand logo. It even allows displaying customer reviews on the tracking page.

What do you dislike about Shipway?

Their base plan is capped at 50 orders per month. I wish they allowed more orders in the base plan.

What problems is Shipway solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shipway creates a branded tracking page that customers can use anytime to track their orders. It is incredibly easy for us as we don`t have to answer multiple queries.

You can easily track order through part id. It gives entire information of the journey of order.

Nothing as such. It's going good sinc ei have been using it.

Really helpful services

I am using Shipway for last 1 year and its help us a lot in our eCommerce business. Earlier we used to have tons of queries from our customers about the order status, but now there are reduced to almost nil

Very easy to use their services.

Very poor Service

Very poor Service. This is a pathetic system where as soon as you sign up they will try to cross sell you their different products like ConvertWay(for whatsapp marketing), Shipway Delight and Shipway Saas products etc.. Dont become a fool. they are much more like any other courier aggregator shipyaari or shiprocket no difference at all....
They will also tell you that we are giving you dedicated person who will look into your issues but these are all bogus claims. No one does anything and you are backto creating tickets in their platform and keep waiting for their for their reply till eternity.
