We do not have anything we dislike about ShipHawk. They are great to work with and our customers have nothing but good to say about their shipping integration.

Would highly recommend it to any person looking to implement a WMS or TMS; this would be the first place I would start. Use them to build your requirements for their system and compare them to the rest during your due diligence process. Ease of use of the product was key. Bringing a new approach into a fast-paced manufacturing environment is never easy. The product had to be easy to navigate and troubleshoot problems in processing in order to keep productivity up.

From a WMS perspective, the user interface could be a bit more modern. Not a hindrance to operations.

At the end of the day, if the products all meet your requirements, the referrals and word of mouth, along with the implementation team is what was the differentiator. We looked at ShipHawk being a partner in Maxima's growth aspirations, and leveraging their team and their wealth of experience and knowledge from previous projects was critical in guiding us through our successful implementation.

We have used ShipHawk for about 3 years and have saved thousands of dollars in shipping costs and an equal amount saved in user errors when sending packages out. Some of the features we use and enjoy are as follows.

1.) Ease of use. Smart packing is highly recommended. Once properly set up ShipHawk is very easy for the average warehouse worker to understand and use efficiently.

2.) Highly configurable rules engine. ShipHawk can accommodate almost any shipping policy into to easy to use rule sets that can be configured easily.

3.) Customer support is top-notch. I can stand behind the support that ShipHawk offers its customer base. They have always been available for us when issues arise and I enjoy working with their support team.

4.) Integrates well with Netsuite and implementation with ShipHawk onboarding team was very professional.

I would highly recommend ShipHawk to other companies and have on numerous occasions.

Updates to our custom environment can be challenging. But with all the good things that we get from ShipHawk, I would not say that it is a dislike.

ShipHawk has solved the issue we have had with the cost center of shipping the packages the wrong method. Using ShipHawk's cheapest rate option we only send out packages to a more expensive service when we choose to not on accident.

The staff was very helpful in addressing problems as they appeared.

Complications do occur, but I believe that is to be expected.

The program is very intuitive to learn and, once a dialogue was established, the staff was very open to feedback and willing to help address issues in different ways.

ShipHawk has helped us automate our outbound shipping processes and the customer support team is very responsive and has our best interests in mind. We originally went with another platform, but before go live swithed to Shiphawk because it was more customizable to our environment.

Every update, there are a few kinks that they work out to improve the software. But overall, the software is a great automation solution. We have run into a few settings that are only available on the backend, so having more visibility to those settings would be my only request.

Customer support is what truly separates ShipHawk from the others. If ShipHawk isn't meeting all of your needs, they will work with you until you are satisfied.

By automating and optimizing our processes, we have increased our throughput without increasing headcount. We have also reduced the number of mistakes due to human error through automation.
