"A 360° solution"
What do you like best about Shipedge?

The software is consistent and robust. Innovation is constant, and new features/integrations are released from time to time. Warehouse management is a complex topic and involves a large body of knowledge that needs to be converted into functionalities in software like a WMS. In this sense, Shipedge’s solution is comprehensive. It involves the entire warehouse management chain, from Inventory Management by Expiration Date, through cartonization and Serial Number Tracking, to Inventory Lot Control. They offer a complete solution that delivers quality and contains all the necessary features to manage simple to complex scenarios

What do you dislike about Shipedge?

This is more or less a personal matter, but. I would like to see an evolution of the software interface to be more in line with recent approaches to usability. Although the interface may not be the most “fresh,” it allows workflows to be completed rapidly.

What problems is Shipedge solving and how is that benefiting you?

When your operation is small, you want something surgical, objective and cost-beneficial. When your business grows and evolves to a medium or large-scale operation, you want a complete and comprehensive solution that can meet your demands quickly and simply without having to integrate a lot of products to get a solution that works for your scenario. Scalability is incredibly important for eCommerce brands. Taking all of this into consideration, Shipedge was a no-brainer. They offer a comprehensive package that meets all my warehouse management and eCommerce management needs, and this is a must for eCommerce.

Top of a line tool that has helped me out a lot

PROS: First of all, I really like how simple the user interface is and how I didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve initially. I think you can quickly learn to use this tool in the space of 30 minutes and be good to go. Another thing that I found impressive is how it has met all of the needs of my business while at the same time still have features that I haven't used yet. I don't think I've used it to its full potential yet. The cherry on top is that this also comes with an excellent customer support team that is always ready to help you out.

CONS: This is really a minor complaint, but I'd love to see some changes made with regards to the reporting feature. We didn't really use some terms in our business, but it's nothing that some studying didn't solve quickly.

"Excellent software for ecommerce companies and 3PLs!"
What do you like best about Shipedge?

The user interface is very simple, which I like. It has a lot of features that are above my pay grade, so if you're discerning, Shipedge will likely live up to your expectations. However, if you're like me and need something that you can teach to someone within 30 minutes and have them up and running, this is very good for that as well. Also, Shipedge's service is great! I can pick up the phone and get someone knowledgeable within seconds.

What do you dislike about Shipedge?

Some of the terminology wasn't what we were using, but it didn't take but a few minutes to get a thorough understanding. I feel like the reporting could use some improvements.

Recommendations to others considering Shipedge:

Don't be afraid to ask questions. The team at Shipedge was very helpful and seemed to enjoy the customer service side of things. A rarity in this industry.

What problems is Shipedge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shipedge has been great for handling cross-platform inventory between Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, and so on. Plus, it gives a portal for my clients to log into and manage their own inventory and shipping options without our involvement. Good stuff!

What do you like best about Shipedge?

With ShipEdge, there is easy integration from other platforms. It is a simple way for multiple users to process orders. I like that our warehouse uses them, and they handle all of our orders from multiple platforms.

What do you dislike about Shipedge?

ShipEdge is decently user friendly, but the look of their layout is not pleasing to the eye.

What problems is Shipedge solving and how is that benefiting you?

ShipEdge provides shipping and processing of all of our physical products.

What do you like best about Shipedge?

Shipedge software looked like there was some smart order routing and the ability to integrate with other marketplace channels. Assumed it could perform basic functions to manage inventory.

What do you dislike about Shipedge?

Software does not integrate with Channel Advisor, shipping is not free (there are some added fees based on transaction counts), there is a disconnect between the sales process and implementation, knowledge is not shared among staff, implementation process is not very helpful - could have been more responsive and helpful with setup. After two weeks into implementation we knew it was not going to be a good fit and requested to cancel and get a refund. After that, they never responded to any messages. I attempted several times and not one response. This is a total scam and unprofressional in my view. I would never refer anyone to them. Save yourself the trouble and headache.

What problems is Shipedge solving and how is that benefiting you?

None. They will sell you by saying they have close relationships to other providers and were involved in backend development with key partners. I have a hard time believing that now.

What do you like best about Shipedge?

The software is fairly robust had it worked as expected. The concept of having warehouse, inventory and shipping under one umbrella was attractive.

What do you dislike about Shipedge?

Dealt with glitches for more than a year before it was too costly to stay on. Several glitches amounted to thousands of dollars. Customer service was half decent if you could get ahold of them, but never seemed to solve anything completely. I think these guys bit off more than they could chew.

What problems is Shipedge solving and how is that benefiting you?

We finally left. We still have issues with them billing our account.
