One of the best tools for employee scheduling and communication. Very simple and easy to use and the dashboard is an amazing view.

We are gretting an option to create shift notes online, attach pictures and documents, event calendar, etc option is there to use.

Not a major dislike but 30 days trial period is available but you need to buy plans for using the full version.

Plans are a little expensive to use and there are lots of other options available at the same price aswell.

In this covid situation, ShiftNote solved my biggest problem to trace my employees online from anywhere.

It saved me lots of effort, money, and time as well. The main benefit is you can use this software online no need to install the software in your system.

Customer support is excellent and perfect, solved my query in 4 hours.

I find it useful that there are various methods of viewing what shifts I have been scheduled to. I also like how I can look at a full schedule of all staff members so that I can contact people accordingly in order to make shift changes if necessary.

I feel that the application can be updated slightly in order to increase the ease of navigation throughout use.

ShiftNote allows me to check my daily schedule for work, as well as schedules in upcoming weeks. It also allows me to enter my availability for work, and request any time off as needed.

Using shiftnote scheduled shortened the amount of time it takes me to do the schedule.

I disliked the tutorials. They were a bit cumbersome.

I can spend more time focused on operations since I am getting the schedules done so much faster with this software.
