It is completely, one of the best LMS (Learning Management System) I have ever used, in my professional career.

I do not dislike anythinig about Shift. But, if I could say somethinig to improve, it could be "the animations" and that the customer has the opportunity to change the tracking bar (more customizable).

Shift has an excelent system to resolve any mistake that you have. All the issues are resolved at time by Shift and their team.

I have no dislikes with the app so far.

better communication in getting shifts covered which leads to less last minute call offs and no-call/no-shows. this makes it easier for management and makes customers happy.

Still fairly new and I don't really know much about it.

It has helped shrink the process and time frame to get things done.

The programs seems very shiny and new, defintly pulls you. There is opprtunity in the system and I believe it works in a daily setting but there is some kinks in the onboarding.

Getting started with Shift is honestly a huge pain, they don't want to collbaorte with other outside agencies and programs. The support seems pretty aloof and disreguards my teams actual needs. Ended up terminating the program for our buiness.

Shift is a valuble training tool that's used to educate, train and test my employees, it can customized to monitier specific behaviors folks take while testing.

Un poco plano, no hay mucho movimiento o animación.

La voz es notoriamente robotica.

No hay mucha variedad de voces.
