We are using Manual Workforce survey through a tool.The results are not very exact when Surveys were Manually done.We did pilot with ShelfWatch where the project management team coordinated efficiently by giving us regular updates and feedback and helped us in taking timely remedial action and we are looking at rolling this out soon.
